Chapter 1

The living and breathing city of Los Angeles sits upon its land; silence and a calming breeze exist throughout the city. With the full moon above the city, it shines brightly down onto a bank. The most popular bank known in California. The peace and quiet doesn’t last for long, when the bank's front door bursts open. Inside the bank, the ringing of an alarm is heard. While two distinct figures leave the entrance with loaded weapons.

The two men carry shotguns, wearing a ski-mask over their face, with gloves and fully covering black clothing. One of the men, being the brother of the one next to him. Rushes toward a vehicle parked beside the sidewalk. His brother behind him continued aiming his shotgun at the hostages inside before turning to face the car and getting into the passenger seat. Darold, the one sitting in the passenger seat with the cash. Throws the cash into the back seat.

His brother Ray, rushes over to the driver's side and gets in. By the time he sat down, he noticed a fleet of police appeared behind them. Ray instantly begins the engine from the sighting and pushes down onto the peddle. The car pushes forward, and begins driving from the scene. The police followed from behind, sirens echoing, and lights flashing through the city around them.

While the two brothers drove off with the police, Darold looked over to the back window. Watching as the police continue to follow them. Darold reaches to the bad seat, reaching out toward his briefcase filled with weapons. Upon opening the briefcase, an assault rifle was lying inside. Darold grabs the assault rifle, and lowers the window beside him. Afterwards, he leans out of the window with his body and faces toward the police behind him.

Upon aiming the rifle toward the police cars, he fires at them. The police in the passenger seat of two of the cruisers repeat what Darold is doing and fire back at him. As Ray drives the car, he notices ahead of him a police roadblock. However, to his right he notices a small alleyway. Ray yells over to his brother. “Sit back down Darold and strap yourself in!” Darold turns his head to notice the alleyway, making him quickly sit back inside, still holding the rifle.

Darold stomps his feet and turns the steering wheel once he is close enough. Causing the vehicle to turn at a right angle, before fully facing the alleyway. The police cruisers follow closely behind, but Ray pulls out a brick from underneath his seat. Looking over at Ray and nodding toward him. Darold responds with a nod, before Ray places the brick onto the gas pedal. They both bail from the car as soon as it crosses onto the next street, making them both land onto either side of the sidewalk.

Ray quickly stands up to his feet, watching as the vehicle gets smashed by an oncoming truck. Police cruisers forcefully came to a stop by the sighting, parking in front of the place where the car was smashed. Ray and Darold were already gone from the scene by the time police began searching the area. After some time, Darold and Ray meet back together a mile away from the cop scene in different uniforms. Darold was holding the bags of money either side of him, walking up to Ray and celebrating with him with a clap of success.

“I think we lost them…” Darold says, placing the bags of money down and crouches down beside them. He reaches his arm out toward the zipper, opening it up to reveal the large stacks of cash inside. Before he could take any out, a flash of movement rushes past and makes the bag disappear. Darold and Ray, shocked by the sighting, slowly turn around to notice three younger teenagers with masks and normal teenager clothing. One of them seems to be the youngest.

Was a young boy, zipping the bags back closed and turning to face the brothers. “You know… You really shouldn’t steal hard-earned money…” The younger child says.

“Especially when that money is owned by American’s.” Another teenager speaks, wearing a white jacket and pants.

The last teenager, wearing a t-shirt and jeans, steps forward. “Besides, you might’ve lost the police. But we haven’t lost track of you.”

The brother, Ray, pulls out a pistol from his pocket and aims it toward the three of them. “Don’t you dare think of moving. Give us back our money.” The third teenager wearing the t-shirt and jeans, reaches his arms up in the air.

“Whoa, there buddy. We just want to do this peacefully without anyone getting hurt.” Ray slightly chuckles at the statement.

“Well, you will get hurt if you don’t give us the money back!” Ray is starting to feel impatient and annoyed, starting to demand them to give back the money. However, neither of the three listen.

The one in the white jacket yells out after taking a deep breath. “Triplet Teens go!” The teenager in the white jacket reaches out toward the one in jeans, and pulls him behind him. However, his skin changes to a hard form of metal. This makes Ray begin firing at him from the sudden movement. The younger teenager vanishes with quick speed toward Darold, placing a handcuff over both of his wrists against a pipe. Ray, shocked by the metal transformation, looks over toward the younger teenager.

Aiming his pistol toward the younger teen, he begins to feel a sudden convincing in his head. The teenager in black jeans and a white shirt, still hiding behind the metal transformed teen. Had his eyes closed, his fingers pressed against his forehead as he concentrated. Not long, until Ray watched himself throw the gun away from himself. Throwing it over behind the metal teenager and beside the other teen. Ray is left confused and shocked by whatever just happened, still attempting to puzzle the situation together.

However, before he knew it. He had handcuffs strapped around his wrist and a pipe beside his brother. The three teenagers called the police, and the brothers were sent to jail. One of the police officers, being the sheriff, walked up to the three teens. “I’m so proud you guys are here. You make sure to not get them, or anyone else hurt while also serving justice. Thank you.” The officer showed a large smile on his face, patting his hand behind the teen with white clothing before heading back to his cruiser.

The three teenagers standing in the same spot, begin to look at each other. “So, Josh. How about some of those smoothies?” The teen in the white jacket and pants says to the one in black jeans and white shirt.

The one with a white shirt and black jeans named Josh, looks over to the one asking the question. “Creg, we've got a job to do. We can’t fool around.” The one in the black jacket and jeans, named Creg. Chuckles to himself by the response, looking over to the younger teen.

“I need a break, so how about you, Nick? Want to go grab some smoothies?” Creg asks the one who is shorter than Josh and Creg, who was named Nick. He grinned at the question, looking over to Creg.

Before Nick could speak, Josh responded. “You two just had breakfast like two hours ago, you don’t need more food.”

Nick ignores Josh, and nods to Creg’s question. “Smoothies sound great.”

Josh rolls his eyes, starting to walk away from them. Creg and Nick look over to Josh, watching as he dismisses himself. Beginning to head back to his house, hearing Creg yell at him as he leaves. “Josh! Where are you going?” Josh ignores them, continuing on his way back home.

The next day, Josh wakes up with his face planted into his textbooks from school. He sat up in his chair and looked up from his desk. Looking around the room, he found himself in his study room. Bookshelves on both sides of the door, and the desk sitting in front of the window. Josh was sitting behind the desk, facing away from the window and toward the door to the study room. Josh looked around the room a bit, before standing up from his desk and starting to head out of the room.

Upon leaving the study room, he is greeted by Creg standing outside the door with his arm reaching out about to knock onto the door. He lowers his arm from the sudden appearance of Josh standing in front of him. “Oh hey, I was just about to check on you.”

“Yeah, I’m okay.” Josh mentions, rubbing his eyes as he begins to start heading downstairs to the kitchen to grab a snack. Creg watches Josh leave the room, before beginning to scratch his head and begin to head toward his bedroom. Josh walks into the kitchen and opens a cabinet revealing a bag of chips. Upon grabbing it, he opens it and starts chowing down on them. While he stands in the kitchen in utter silence, he hears Creg enter into the kitchen.

Creg’s eyes lock onto Josh and the chips he is eating. “So, Josh, what are the plans for today?”

“From what I remember on my scheduled list of things to do. I was hoping today, I could get started on designing our room. I just hope that we don’t get distracted again like usual.” Josh continues to chow down on the chips.

Creg chuckles, “You usually say that you’ll get working on that, but you never end up doing it.”

Josh shrugs by the statement, before placing the bag of chips down onto the counter. “What can I say? Sometimes plans change.”

Creg rolls his eyes, before starting to leave the kitchen. “Well, you better get working on it before you forget.” Creg chuckles again to himself, before leaving the kitchen and heading back upstairs. Josh looks around the kitchen for a minute, before nodding to himself.

“I think I will.” Josh says, growing a slight smile as his attention drifts over to his chips on the counter beside him. Once Josh has finished his snack, he begins heading to a mostly empty room on the same floor as the kitchen. The room had three boxes in the corner, with a large flat screen TV hanging off the wall. The TV wasn’t hooked to anything, making it useless to use for anything.

Josh stood in the middle of the room, contemplating to himself about how he’d want the room to look. Silence filled the house as he looked around, until his eyes locked onto the boxes. He gave a deep breath, before walking over to the boxes and began opening them up. Not long afterwards, he starts setting up the room as he envisions it in his mind. When he finishes, the room is no longer empty and the TV is completely set up.

Josh turns the TV on, and pulls up a map of the city. Josh smirks as his eyes lock onto the screen, before noticing Creg walk into the doorway. Josh turned his attention over to Creg, exchanging a smile like he was proud of his accomplishment. Creg rolled his eyes as he looked around the newly redesigned room. “I like where this room is going, nice job.”

Josh placed his arms onto his hips, looking over to the screen. “We also got the ability to instantly recognize a police call from this screen.” Josh goes over to the keyboard and mouse on a table in the middle of the room. He begins to move the map around, showing the rest of the map by zooming outwards until revealing the full state they were in. “I can’t zoom any further than this, since it’s only connected to the states database.”

“Interesting.” Creg says, not putting much emotion into the statement. “Have you actually tested it to see if it worked?”

“I guess we’ll have to find out and see if it works.” Josh mentions, before starting to make his way out of the room. “Anyway, I’ve been working here for hours. I should probably get started on dinner.” When Josh left the room, Creg remained where he was. He looked over to the television screen, examining it a bit, and nodded to himself. Before shortly following Josh out of the room.

The next day, Josh was in class on Monday. Sitting in class with his notebook out in silence, the teacher was at his desk on the computer. The students were writing on their sheets of paper while their books were open to randomly selected pages from the teacher. Josh flipped open to a page about frogs' natural habitat. Josh focused hard on the book, reading it carefully, word for word. As he reads the book, a loud alarm clock goes off from his watch around his wrist.

The students around him began looking toward his direction from the sudden interruption in their concentrations. The teacher glanced an eye over at Josh, raising an eyebrow. Josh looked down at his wrist watch, which came with a screen display. The watch showed a map of the city, with a red dot glowing near a bank. The teacher speaks after a few seconds, breaking the awkward silence. “Are you going to shut that off, or will I have to?”

Josh’s attention drifts upwards to the teacher, showing a slightly annoyed expression on his face. Josh licked his lips and swallowed a little. “Sorry, it’s just an alarm for me to go get some fresh air. I’ve been feeling like the classrooms are too cluttered for me to stay in, so…” Josh gets interrupted by the teacher speaking with a slight rolling of his eyes. “Then go, no need to explain further.” The teacher waved toward the door to show he didn’t care.

Josh looked around the room at the other students, a few facing his direction. Josh stood up from his seat, turned the alarm off from his watch, and began to leave the room. After shutting the door behind him, he looked down at the screen on his watch. “Okay, this shouldn’t take long at all. No problem whatsoever.” Josh heads over to his locker, opening it up and taking out his backpack. After closing it, he starts heading toward the front entrance of the school.

Before he could leave, he gets stopped by a janitor standing around the corner of a hallway leading into the main one. “And where do you think you’re going, young one. You’re supposed to be in class.” Josh looked over to the janitor, noticing how old he was. The janitor had a gray outfit, carrying a broom and a trash bin behind him. He had both of his hands on the back end of the broom, as though he was using it to keep his balance.

“I… I wasn’t going to leave for long. Just to get fresh air outside because-.” The janitor stops him before he can continue.

“You think I’m going to believe that you need a backpack to go outside?” He shakes his head, not believing the words coming out of Josh’s mouth.

Josh takes the backpack off his back, “But it has my inhaler inside.”

The janitor laughs a little from the statement. “Yeah, right. Last time I checked… You never needed an inhaler.” The janitor takes the backpack from Josh’s arms and unzips it open. He gives Josh one last glance of disappointment, before beginning to dig around inside. After some searching, he discovers a mask and the same clothes Josh used on the same day as when he took out the bank robbers. The janitor examined the clothes carefully, trying to piece together what he was looking at. Before his eyes met Josh’s, slightly astonished and confused by the sighting.

“Excuse me… What’s this?” The janitor asks, as though he's never seen anything like it.

“It’s a costume I wear on Halloween. I usually keep it around in case a costume party starts.” Josh says as an excuse, covering up the true purpose behind it. However, the janitor leans forward to Josh’s face.

“I don’t think you’re telling me the truth. Last I checked, this exact costume was in the news the other day.” Josh begins to freak out inside; he wanted to run away as fast as he could like Nick. To get away from the world he lived in, and start a brand new one somewhere completely different. “Are you with him?” The janitor asks, breaking the awkward silence between the two. Josh stared up at him, frozen, unsure what to say or do in the moment he found himself in.

After some silence, the janitor begins to laugh out loud. Josh kept standing there, frightened, before finally speaking up. “Please don’t tell anybody! I need to keep my secret identity from the public.” Josh demands in worry.

“What secret identity?” The janitor asks him slightly confused, “You don’t need to keep yourself hidden for that. Floyd revealed himself as the AzLean Soldier, why can’t you?”

“Because as a hero, you get yourself enemies. In which they can find your home and attempt to kill you. That’s why I do it.” Josh snatches the outfit away from the janitor, but doesn't get angry by it.

“Oh please, I don’t think people are that vicious.” The janitor slightly laughs. Josh puts the clothes, and mask back into his backpack, zipping it close.

“Have you never watched the movies? Enemies can be formed.” Josh mentions.

The janitor nods with a shrug. “But they can also be stopped.” The janitor adds, patting his back. Silence fills in between them, making Josh look downwards to the floor. “Don’t worry, I won’t tell. You just go and save the day, but be back before lunch.” The janitor says honestly. Josh looked up at him, slightly smiling, before nodding to him.

“Thank you.” Josh says to him, continuing to smile before fading away as he leaves through the front entrance. The janitor continued to stand there, watching Josh leave. Eventually the principal leaves his office and looks over to the janitor.

The principal looks toward the doorway, then back at the janitor in slight confusion. “Who are you talking to?”

The janitor turns toward the principal, fading his smile from his face. “Just myself.” The janitor begins to mop the floor after noticing the principal standing behind him. The principal glances over toward the school’s entrance, before sighing to himself. Afterwards, he walks back into his office and closes the door behind him. The janitor watches him, before placing headphones onto his ears with music playing. “You get those bastards…” He laughs to himself as he loses his concentration through the music.

Josh arrived on the scene without Creg nor Nick to assist. He walked casually toward the bank ahead of him. However, by the time he got toward the entrance. There was no sign of a burglar or robbers; he decided to walk in through the front doors. Upon walking in, he looked around and noticed a quiet and peaceful environment inside. The customers stand in line at the desk, with the associates behind the desk assisting them.

Josh looked around again, confused by his watch's alarm. He walks out of the bank, beginning to check the signal again. "What the hell alerted the signal? I don't see any problems here..." Josh exclaims to himself, quietly, looking around where he stood at the front entrance of the bank. No sign of police, people in distress, or even a slightest hint of robbers running from the scene. "Must've been a false alarm then..."

Before he could start heading back to his school, he was shuffling behind him. Turning his attention to behind him, he notices a young female teenager wearing a hoodie and dark clothes. What struck Josh's attention the most, was her suspicious movement away from the bank. Beginning to walk away from the bank suspiciously, Josh carefully follows from a safe distance. Watching the young teenager move into a nearby alleyway, disappearing around the corner.

Josh moves over to the side of a wall, sneakily moving toward the corner. He leans in and looks into the alleyway, noticing the teenager further in the alleyway and disappearing around another corner. Josh begins moving in again, continuing to be careful about his movements and getting spotted. Once he comes up to the next corner, he lays his back against the wall of the building and starts hearing chatter.

Instead of looking around the corner, he instead closes his eyes and enters into the thoughts he senses from around the corner. As he begins sensing the people chatting, he realizes that there is one female teenager, and two slightly older men. The female had no weapons, but the two men had pistols and ski masks. Josh decided to leave their thoughts and look around the corner slightly. He sees one black male with no hair, a black leather coat, black pants, and gray boots with a belt around his waist.

The other male was white, white shirt with several chains around his wrists and earnings hanging off his ears. The white male had a half-shaved mustache, and no fully shaved head like the black male. He also wore tan pants and white boots. He spoke down to the female teenager that stood in front of him. "You better be right girl. This money will save our lives forever."

"Man fuck saving my life, I just want cocaine. That's for life for sure." The black male said shortly afterwards, almost interrupting him.

The female teenager responded, "I promise you Lamar and Clark. If we go through this, you will get anything you desire and nobody would've noticed you robbed the bank."

Lamar, the black male looked over to Clark standing beside him. "Man, I'm going to get myself a fucking ferrari and nobody will complain to me." He laughs to himself from his own statement. Clark responds by shaking his head and rolling his eyes, as though Lamar was making a fool out of himself.

The female teenager looked at the both of them, "Like I said with the plan. I will ensure the cops can't shoot us. You two just make sure to get as much cash as possible into the car. We only got ourselves 90 seconds before they arrived." Clark and Lamar nod in understanding, before the female teenager begins to turn around while the two begin heading in the opposite direction. The female teenager notices a quick glimpse of Josh moving his head back around the corner.

"Hey!" She calls out, too late for Clark and Lamar to hear as they had already left. The female teenager appeared from around the corner, Josh getting off from the wall and beginning to back up. The female teenager lifts up her arm and a form of energy wraps around her hand. Josh felt himself touch a wall, but he noticed that there was no wall visible. Instead, the wall was invisible, or a not-so-obvious glass wall. Josh looked up into her eyes, "What do you think you're doing here? Huh?" The female asks, walking up closer to Josh. "Were you eavesdropping on us?"

Josh took a deep breath, before he felt himself enter into the thoughts of the teenager in front of him. He felt not only deep anger and regret, but also fear. That's when he discovered her name, making him blurt it out. "Your name is Angie? Right?"

The female teenager, named Angie, was surprised to hear her name from a stranger speaking it. "How did you know my name?"

Josh took a deep sigh, trying to comfort and calm himself in the moment he found himself in. He was shocked to find that he, Nick, and Creg weren't the only ones with special powers. Right in front of him, he found a female teenager with a special gift granted to her. "I'm just like you..."

Angie slightly scoffed from the response, "I doubt it. Nobody is like me... Not at all..."

Josh shook his head, "You... you used to write about how Jacob McConnel was hot in your diary. You always believed that he was an amazing singer."

Angie, confused by the statement, begins to become more intimidating. "Who are you? Some sort of creep who reads people's diaries?"

Josh looked fully into Angie's eyes, "You also loved the theme of Nick Henry's lyrics in every song he made. You loved it so much that you even bought all the disks."

Angie stops herself, looking into Josh's eyes with a slightly more terrified look. "Okay... You are starting to freak me out. I never told anybody I bought those. I would keep those away from anybody seeing them."

"Well, to a surprising conclusion. I actually loved Nick Henry's lyrics myself." Angie smiled a bit, but it faded once she thought to herself a bit.

"Enough of your little tricks and games. Who are you? And tell me why I shouldn't kill you right here and now?"

"Simple, because you know very well I have a special gift like you. You don't want to break the law, but you do so you can help yourself." Josh exclaims.

"Wrong, I am doing this because powers are useful to break the law. If you didn't break the law, what good would come of them?"

Josh shakes his head, disagreeing with every word. "Powers can be used for good, you know that right? To help those that need it."

Angie scoffs from the statement. "Right... Like that would do any good for me in the long run. Yeah, no." Angie stops using her powers, making the invisible wall disappear from behind Josh. Not long until she begins to continue what she was doing a few minutes ago. Josh watches her leave, but makes her stop when he speaks.

"Don't go through with this Angie. I have two very close friends back at home who can do very gifted things.  You won't be able to come back from the rabbit hole..." Angie stops in her tracks, not looking back toward Josh for the longest of time.

When she finally does, she looks in his direction, but not directly in his eyes. "You know... You might be gifted like me, but you will never understand why I really need to go through with this." Angiel says, before beginning to leave. Josh was about to look back through her thoughts, but it got harder to concentrate the further she walked away. Josh remained where he was for a second, before taking out his phone from his pocket.

His finger hovered over the button to call Creg, but prevented himself from doing so. He looks back upwards, beginning to think of an idea to stop Angie. After some thinking, he remembers what might be bothering Angie, and what is the reason she is wanting to rob a bank. Her grandfather, sick with cancer and close to death. Has surgery required that costs nearly $2,000 to go through. It appears as though the grandfather is the one who is taking care of Angie, but Josh is unaware if Angie has anyone else. He decides there is only one way to save Angie from legal trouble, and he has no regrets in doing it.

Josh hurried home, hoping to not waste any time. By the time he got home, he had barged through the front door and begun searching throughout the house. Looking for a specific object that he got a glimpse of, in Angie's inner thoughts. Once he found what he was looking for, his eyes locked onto a rose in a flower pot. The rose was within the sunlight of a window.

He sighed to himself, going over to the flower and delicately picking up the flower pot with the flower still inside. He gave it a quick smell; the scent of the rose filled his nostrils with delight. "This'll make her stop..." Josh exclaimed to himself, about to leave the room. That's when his alarm on his watch went off, signaling that the bank was being hit again. Josh's eyes widened to the sighting, and begins to rush out of the house and head toward the school to pick up Nick and Creg. Knowing Angie's powers will make it difficult to get through.

When Josh arrived at school, he noticed Creg and Nick in the middle of the football field. Nick was sitting on the benches, watching Creg play out his game with the other football players. Josh rushed over to where Nick was sitting, calling out to him. "Nick! We have an emergency!" Nick's attention instantly drifted over to Josh, making him start walking over to him with slight confusion.

Nick gave Creg one last glance, before looking fully into Josh's eyes. "What's the emergency?"

"A bank was just hit, I got the alert on my watch." Nick looked over toward Creg on the field.

"I don't think we are supposed to distract Creg with his football thing." Nick says to himself, but makes Josh look toward Creg, who caught the football from his teammate.

Josh recognized the coach with the whistle in his mouth, watching the players play. "Creg!" Josh called out toward him, but Creg didn't hear him. He decides to call out to him again, which attracts Creg's attention. Creg looks over to the coach, who notices Josh and Nick. Luckily, this allows Creg to be dismissed for a few minutes.

Creg rushes over to Josh, and Nick, sweating up a storm from the constant running. "What's up? I'm kind of in a middle of something."

Josh reaches out his arm, revealing the alert of the bank robbery. When Creg noticed, he looked over to the coach and back to Nick and Josh. "I don't think this is something we can do right now. I have finals to work on." Josh gave the coach one last glance, before pulling Creg with him. Nick followed, shrugging to himself without care. Creg attempted to make Josh let go, but failed with each attempt. The coach notices, calling out to them in hopes they would hear. When neither did, he sighed to himself and continued back to what he was doing.

~ ~ ~

When the three got close enough to the bank, the three touched an invisible wall around the bank. Creg curses to himself at the sighting, while Josh attempts to get through it. Josh looked over to Nick standing behind him. "Nick, can you get us through this?"

"I can try..." Nick exclaims, holding Josh and Creg's hands before looking at the wall in front of him. He closed his eyes and began to make himself and the others vibrate fast. Causing the three of them to slip through the shield, but Nick groans from the thickness of the shield. Nick slightly pants, watching as Josh took a step forward. The three noticed a getaway vehicle parked in front of the bank, with the driver appearing to be Angie.

Josh looked over to Creg and Nick, "The other two are inside the bank, I'll take care of the third." Creg and Nick nod, before making their way inside the bank. Josh looked toward the getaway car parked beside the bank entrance. As Josh begins making his way toward the car, he notices that Angie had realized Nick and Creg had just gone inside the bank. As she got out of the car, about to head inside. She nearly runs into Josh, making her take a step back from the sudden appearance.

"What the hell? What are you doing here? I thought I told you to leave?!" Angie exclaims, getting slightly frustrated.

"Angie, I came back to put an end to this. I know for certain you don't want a record placed on your head."

Angie's expression turns to annoyance. "You don't know anything about me. Those things you said earlier, you probably got them from the internet. Not going to be fooled by your foolishness anymore." Angie reaches out her arm and hand, causing a field to form around Josh. Angie begins to slowly decrease the size of the shield around Josh, making Josh yell for Angie to stop.

Not long until Creg and Nick walk out of the bank with the two robbers cuffed and roped to the curb. Creg instantly recognized Angie, attempting to squish Josh with the field. Nick doesn't realize it immediately as he adjusts the robber's ropes and cuffs to be tighter. When he does notice, he freezes in place because of the sighting. Creg yells out toward Angie, but not knowing her name. "Stop it! You're going to kill him!"

Angie looked over to Creg and NIck, frustrated and annoyed. "You think you guys are heroes? You are just a bunch of teenagers!" Angie reaches out her other arm toward Nick and Creg, forming another shield around the two. She also begins to shrink the shields, groaning as the three attempt to push the shield away from them. After a bit of time, Josh closed his eyes as he entered into Angie's mind again. This time, begins to reform memories into her thoughts. Causing her to stop shrinking the shields, and become frozen as she gains emotions.

The memories that pop into her mind are those of some old family members. Mother, father, and her sister Jamie. Showing a fully happy family out on the beach on one of their vacations. One of Angie's most beloved memories in her entire life. Suddenly, a new memory appears in her head. This time, showing her sister picking up a flower from the ground, revealing a rose. The sister hands it over to Angie, with a large grin on her face. "Angie, I want you to take this and never let it go. It is a gift from me, to you."

Angie replies in the memory, "I promise..." The memory slowly begins to fade away, with her words of promise beginning to echo as she slowly finds herself in the real world. Josh starred up toward Angie, holding out a rose toward her from within the shield. Angie's eyes slowly descend  toward Josh, before noticing the rose in his hand. Making Angie begin to slowly tear up in her eyes. Angie makes the shields around the three disappear, but keeps the one around the bank still up.

She reaches out toward the rose, taking it out of Josh's hand to look at it closer. As she examines it, she gives the top of it one last sniff before sighing to herself sadly. When her eyes returned down to Josh in front of her, she gave the flower a small hug. "I... I just wanted to help my little sister..." Tears continued to drip from her eyes from shame. Josh stood back up to his feet, slightly smiling as a comforting expression.

Not long after, Josh pulled her into a hug for comfort. Creg and Nick stood back up to their feet, looking at each other, slightly confused. The larger shield wrapped around the bank, begins to dissipate, before allowing the police from outside to go in. The police begin marching in, taking the two robbers sitting behind Nick and taking them into custody. Josh watches as an officer comes up to him and Angie, "We received reports that there were three suspects responsible for this robbery. I suppose that is her?"

Josh looked down at Angie, wiping the tears away with fright. Josh looked back toward the officer, and slowly shook his head. "No, it's only two." Josh admits, making the officer go silent for a second. Before nodding, and beginning to make his way over to the two robbers. Josh looked over to Creg and Josh, who were walking up to him and Angie.

Creg, who was confused about the situation, stared at Josh. "Excuse me, what just happened?"

Josh chuckled a little, giving Angie one last glance. "We'll talk about it later." Josh slightly smiled, nodding to Creg for him to be dismissed. Nick watches Creg begin to make his way back to school by himself. Nick stands where he is, looking around at the rest of the officers uncovered at the scene. Josh looked at Angie, patting her on the back. "How about you come stay at our house for the night? That is... If you don't have anything else planned?"

Angie thinks to herself, before nodding. "I'm no longer a robber, so... I suppose it's fine with me." Josh grinned slightly, looking around at the rest of the police while Angie examined the flower in her hand again. Smiling happily, as if the situation was finally over.

Josh led Angie into their house, showing her around the front foyer. Angie looked around the foyer, noticing the rich texture and clean furniture. While she looks around, Nick and Creg look over to Josh standing by the doorway. "I understand you're trying to help her, but I don't think it's a good idea to have a stranger stay over." Creg replied.

Josh looked over to him, "She needs a home, I just thought it would be helpful for her."

Nick runs in a flash of movement, disappearing and reappearing in front of Angie. Nick is holding flowers in his right hand, holding it out to her. "I got these for you. I think what you need is just some time to sit back and relax. Don't you agree?" Angie instantly smiles at the sighting of the flowers, taking them from Nick. Holding the flowers to her nose, and gently sniffing their scent.

"Oh absolutely...~" She delightfully replies, keeping the flowers close in her hand. "Why, thank you very much."

Josh walks over beside Anige, "I don't think I properly introduce my friends. This young lad is Nick, and my best bud and tough football student is Creg." Josh mentions it to her.

Anige smiles as she looks at both Nick and Creg, "Nice to meet you guys. Do all three of you live here?"

Josh shakes his head as a response, "Nah, my parents and I did. However, they sadly passed away six months ago."

Angie's smile faded almost instantly to what Josh said, "Oh my goodness... I'm so sorry."

Josh nodded, but didn't say anything. Creg entered the conversation not long after some silence filled between them. "I live close by, and Nick lives a neighborhood away."

Nick slightly blushed by the second Angie looked over to him. "I can tell that you can never miss an event."

Nick responds shortly afterwards, "Not all the time, it depends on distance most of the time."

"Still, it's impressive how fast you can go." Nick blushes, but doesn't reply. Silence filled the room with awkwardness.

Josh soon interrupted the silence, "Well, if you're going to stay here for the night, or however long you're going to stay here. I do have a spare room upstairs just for you."

"Thank you." Angie replies, before starting to head upstairs and check the room. Josh looks over toward Creg and Nick, but before he could lie his eyes on Nick. He disappears in a flash of movement, leading toward upstairs and following where Angie went. Creg glanced at Josh, before turning around and beginning to head out the front door.

"Whelp, if you excuse me. I am going to head back to school now." Josh was about to nod at him, but an alarm went off on his watch. Josh looked down toward it, noticing that an alert popped up about a disturbance downtown. Creg stopped in his tracks when he heard the alarm, slightly grunting in annoyance. "Oh come on. Is this going to be a common theme?" Creg asks himself, but directs it to Josh in hopes he has an answer.

Josh doesn't answer but he does speak about the alert. "It appears to be some sort of major disturbance downtown. That's weird, we never had one of these yet."

Creg sort of chuckles to himself, "Yeah, okay. Like as though it's a good thing for us." Creg replies as he begins walking out the front door. "I'll wait out here for you and Nick." By the time the front door closes, Josh begins heading upstairs toward Nick and Angie's location. When Josh walked up to the doorway of Angie's new bedroom, he looked over to Nick standing near the window.

"Nick, we gotta go. Come on." Josh told him, making Nick glance at him for a second before looking over to Angie.

"Whelp, I shall go now. I should be back soon. If you need any help, you know who to talk to." Angie nodded, making Nick follow Josh down the stairs and through the front door. Josh looked over to Creg, standing next to the mailbox.

"We shall go, I'll lead the way." Josh mentioned to Creg, before starting to take the lead toward the location on his watch. Creg and Nick begin to follow, while Nick looks back toward the house with Angie standing near the window. Angie disappeared as she walked away from the window.

~ ~ ~

When Josh, Creg, and Nick arrived downtown. With the help of Nick to speed our travel quicker. The three teenagers were greeted by people running out into the street, collecting dollar bills. The bills were flying through the air, as though it was raining money. Nick was about to go in and collect some money, when Creg stopped him in his tracks before he could run in a flash. "Don't do what I'm thinking you're going to do." He said, not looking down toward Nick.

Nick rolled his eyes, "Pfft, you really thought I was going to take all the money for myself? Nooo!" Nick replied slightly sarcastic to make Creg believe him. Creg didn't reconsider, instead he kept his hand in front of Nick. "Oh come on!" Nick says, grunting as he pouts with his arms crossing across his chest.

Not long after, Josh began to feel a sensation of a negative empathetic human amongst the crowd. As Josh searched through, checking each individual mind. Creg's shoulder was pushed backwards, as a man in suspicious clothing walked between him and Nick. At first Josh didn't notice, until Creg tapped him on the shoulder while Nick looked back toward the man about to disappear behind the crowd coming toward the money rain.

Creg grabbed Josh by the arm, and began dragging him with him as he followed behind the suspicious person. Nick followed, but refused to use his speed to prevent the crowd from noticing him. While Creg kept him close beside him, forcing him to follow. Josh attempted to use his mind powers to lurk into the person's mind;

Once he did, he grew a bloody nose from a sudden shock through his brain. He felt the darkness and misery running through the suspicious person's mind. The three teenagers continued to struggle to fully observe the man's clothing. While the money kept falling almost everywhere they went, with the crowd still as obnoxious as it was further down the street.

Eventually, they came to the end of the money rain. However, the man was no longer seen ahead of them. Josh lifted his hand up to his nose, trying to stop the bleeding. Creg looked over to him shortly afterwards when he realized he let go. When he noticed, Creg turned fully to him. "Oh gosh. What happened?"

"That man... He was the true suspect. His mind was littered with toxic thoughts and hatred. So bad in fact, that I got a nose bleed from it." Creg was about to help him, when Josh dismissed his assistance. "It's okay, I'm fine. Just look for where they went." Josh mentioned, before going over to the curb of the street and sitting down as he kept his hand over his nose and leaning his head back.

Creg looked over to Nick beside him, who was already fully examining the area around them. "Do you see them?" Creg asks, but it leads to Nick turning to face him.

"If I would've seen him, I'm sure I would've said something." Nick replied slightly annoyed, as though the question was stupid to be asked.

Creg shrugged and began walking toward the buildings to the right of the street. He examined the alleyways, hoping for any sign of the man. Eventually, while Josh was continuing to stop the bleeding alone alongside the curb. He spotted something off in the corner of his eye. "I think I saw him! He's over there!" Josh yelled over to the two, pointing toward the next intersection around the corner.

Creg and Nick rushed over to the corner, and jumped onto the sidewalk. Immediately, they were greeted by a sudden appearance of another teenager dressed in black clothing and a gothic look. Nick flinched back, but Creg turned into his metal form before noticing the teenager in front of them. As though, he was expecting the man to be standing there.

The teenager stared at them, slightly shocked at the two's sudden appearance. She eventually sighed and shrugged it off, "Oh, cool. I guess I'm not the only one. Eh?" She gave the two one last look, before walking past them and heading the opposite direction of the money rain. Going across the crosswalk, Creg and Nick glanced at each other. Not long after, until Creg and Nick rushed toward her.

When Creg deformed from his metal form, Nick used his speed to run in front of the teenager and freeze her in place. "Woah." She said, a bit startled by the speed. However, she shrugged it off and continued to walk past him. Nick, who had a smirk on his face. Watched her walk past, and his smirk faded to a frown of disappointment. Expecting to amaze her with his speed. Sadly, that doesn't seem to be working.

Creg walked past him and rushed up to the teenager. The gothic teen just passed the light post on the other side, when Creg placed his hand on her shoulder. "Wait... DId you just say, you aren't the only one? What do you mean by that?"

The gothic teen shrugged and looked away before speaking. "Powers... I thought you guys wouldn't be surprised so I didn't see it as a big of a deal." She replied, about to continue her walk when Creg kept her in place. He glanced back toward Nick, who was staring at the both of them as he stood in the middle of the crosswalk behind him.

When he looked back into the gothic teen's eyes, he showed an expression of confusion. "Why aren't you surprised? There's not many of us, you know?" Creg asked, but the gothic teen thought for a second, before returning a shrug.

"Who knows, maybe I'm just not easily amused." Nick walked over to the both of them, looking into the gothic teen's eyes as well. "Anyway, I should probably keep going. I'm getting late to my interview." She informs them, before walking past them and continuing to walk down the sidewalk. As the two watched, they looked over to each other with an expression of excitement. Creg thought to himself, Angie's not the only one after all. There really is more out there. The only question is, does she really have a superpower? Or is it just a gothic thing?"

Josh interrupted both Nick and Creg's concentration, when he rushed over to them. "Alright, I'm back. Did we get him?" Nick pointed toward the end of the sidewalk, to only find that the gothic teen was gone. Nick slowly lowered his finger, disappointed with his own discovery. Josh looked toward where he pointed, but only grew more confused by the gesture. "What? What's over there?"

Creg took a deep breath, before speaking. "What you saw wasn't him. It was a gothic teenager walking alone, and she told us that she had powers too. Not sure if we should believe her or follow her."

Nick slightly, but enough force to get Creg's attention with a hit against his shoulder with Nick's hand. "Bro, don't say those sorts of things. Stalking isn't what we do here."

Creg replied shortly afterwards, "So is taking money that doesn't clearly belong to you." Speaking in such a way, as though to completely ruin Nick's logic to his statement. Nick rolls his eyes, before looking back down the sidewalk where the gothic teenager disappeared. Creg looked into Josh's eyes, "But anyway, if we aren't the only ones, and Angie appeared. Then maybe our speculation about other's existing is true."

Josh nodded, but quickly wondered to himself. He spoke up about one question that started to bother him. "Why exactly should we try to find others? If we found Angie, it would be kind of clear by that point that neither of us is alone."

Creg reasked the question, but worded it to mean the opposite. "Why wouldn't we find others? I see it as a good way for backup just in case. Those who want to do good with their powers. We just need to find the right people." Creg looked down to Nick, before looking back to Josh and quietly mentioned something under his breath. "Unless they're Nick..."

Nick instantly heard what Creg said, but Creg grinned widely from the response. Josh rolled his eyes, looking around for any sign of the man they saw. Sadly, Josh noticed nothing off in their surroundings. "I can't sense anything negative. They must not be around this area." Josh informed Creg and Nick.

Nick groaned to himself, "Oh great. We lost them, what a great way to start a perfectly pointless search that was wasting my time."

Creg looked back toward him, shushing him. "Quiet, let Josh think." Creg informed him, before turning back toward Josh. Who was standing confused, unsure what to do next. That's when a radio went off through some speakers nearby. A voice speaking that sounded nothing familiar to a regular podcast or radio podcast speaking. Josh begins to walk closer to the source of the noise, closely listening.

Creg and Nick joined shortly after, listening to the voice over the speaker. What they were listening to was a simple speaker hanging off the entrance of a cheap business at the front entrance. The voice, that had a mexican like accent. Spoke about something off, which gave Josh some chills down his spine. The voice was the only one heard, no other voice was heard in the room of the speaker through the radio.

The voice spoke as follows; "The world will obtain that of a peaceful community. One that will allow our streets, communities, and families to be safe. To remove those that cease to believe in the true future we could live in. While leaving those that see the world more positively than those that only desire destruction. We must abolish these fucks, before they completely wipe you're children's right to vote, and I mean... Everyone. . . Who don't give a fuck about others own opinions and desires. . ." The voice continued without any sign of stopping.

"If you're listening to this. My rain of money from over 50 billionaire companies that is stolen from. Is only just the beginning. . . Now, to approach the next step. Just call me Forgener." Josh and Creg got shivers down their spine. Nick, didn't appear to be affected, he shrugged it off and looked over to Josh. He thought for a second, before he could speak.

"Looks like this is a political problem boys. . ." Josh informed them, continuing to stare up at the radio. As though, he was hoping for more speaking to go through. However, the speaker shortly received music that began to play from the beginning of a popular song. Creg and Josh looked at each other finally, exchanging slight worries to each other.

When Nick, Creg, and Josh head back to the house. The sun was already beginning to set, and the three began heading toward their houses. Josh entered his house, finding Angie already asleep in her bedroom. Telling Josh that Angie was exhausted from earlier. He smiled, before heading to his bedroom and going into bed.

The next morning, Josh awoke to Angie at the doorway calling out to him. "Josh!" She called out, tapping the door with her fist like a knock. Josh opened his eyes, grunting and moaning to himself before sitting up. He rubbed his eyes, before looking over to her standing by the doorway. "Nick just came by, and told me to get you up for school."

Josh got out of bed, and began getting dressed from the dresser. He walked down the steps and out the front door. Before he fully walked outside, he looked back towards Angie that was standing near the top of the steps. "You coming?" Josh asked her, but Angie shook her head. "Aren't you a student?" Josh asked again, but she simply looked away a bit embarrassed.

"I've been expelled. . . I can't come back until next year." Josh instantly grew a bit worried, as though he was keeping over a trouble maker. However, that soon faded once he realized how Nick was no different. Nick was such a troublemaker that he got banned from three schools. This school was his fourth and he attempted to keep himself from making any more mistakes.

Josh arrived at the school a few minutes later. He saw no sign of Nick nor Creg, so he assumed they were already in their classes. Josh walked into the school, and casually entered his class. The classroom was already half full of students. Josh sat down in his seat, and he was soon greeted by the teacher. The last set of students entered the class, and the teacher went over to their desk.

The teacher was about to speak, but was eventually interrupted by the announcer over the speaker. "Sorry for the interruption. However, can I have Joshua come down to the office please?" After hearing his name, Josh stood up from his chair and began heading to the office. He could hear the students in the class begin gossiping about him as he left the room. Josh ignored it, but kept aware of it.

When he arrived at the principal's office, he was greeted by Nick and Creg sitting in their own chairs outside the desk. The principal was seen on the other side, watching as Josh walked in. "Hey... You call for me?" Josh asks, which causes the principal to move his hand toward the chair between Creg and Nick's. Josh walked over silently, sitting between the two of them and toward the principal.

The principal stared at all three of them, not speaking for the longest of time. He had an expression of disappointment, directed toward all three of them. Josh stared at the principal, worried for the reason he was called in here. That's when the principal spoke after several minutes of silence. "So, I suppose you might be wondering why I called you guys in here..." He said, looking at each of the three teenagers sitting in front of him.

After another few minutes of silence between the three students and the principal. The principal spoke again, "The reason I call you three in here is because of yesterday. I'm very disappointed to hear from the teachers that you three decided to abandon school grounds."

Josh was about to speak, but Creg interrupted instead. "We were just sick is all..." The principle wasn't having a simple excuse.

"I completely doubt that all three of you got the same sickness. Even then though, if you really were sick. You should report it to us before leaving school grounds. We don't take very kindly to such trouble making." Nick scoffed, as though he heard the same thing too many times by now. Creg and Josh glanced at each other, before looking back toward the principle.

"Now, before I state my cause for this unsettling situation. I would like to mention about you. . . Nick." The principal looks toward Nick, sitting to the left of Josh. "I already know that this isn't your first time getting in trouble. Due to that, I am going to suspend you as this isn't your first time you broke our guidelines."

Once again, Nick scoffed like he didn't care about what he heard. Although, Josh could tell that he still cared. He didn't want to be permanently banned. "You won't return until the end of the month." The principal shortly after looked toward Josh. "Now, Josh. I was surprised to see you leave the campus as you're my most favorite student. When this happened, I knew it couldn't have been true. Now that I am truly convinced it was you, I am just going to lend you off with a warning."

Josh nodded in understanding, sighing with relief. The principal shortly later looked over to Creg, and wasn't sure how to describe what to feel. Not long afterwards, he spoke. "Creg, I have mixed feelings about you leaving. A part of me says to give you a warning, another part of me tells me to give you detention." Creg didn't speak, he stared at the principle directly in the eyes.

Eventually, the principal stood up from his chair. He continued to look at the three of the teenagers, before speaking once again. This time, with a tone showing utter annoyance. "What do you have to say about this?" This causes Josh and Creg to go absolutely silent, unsure what to say next. Knowing that if they say anything out of line, they would be highly disciplined. After the silence filled their ears, hearing the radio calls outside the office ring and shortly later picked up.

Once the silence was eery enough, the principal brushed through his hair before sitting back down. "Creg, I'll just leave you with a warning for now." The principal said finally, but spoke again not long after. "You three are dismissed, but Nick. I expect to see you heading home once you leave this office." Nick didn't show any sign of care from the principal's statement. After a bit, the three teenagers walked out of the office and headed back to their offices.

Josh watched as Nick started to unload items from his locker and placed them into his backpack. Not long after, he begins heading toward the front door. Josh called out toward him as he walked away, "I'll see you back at our place." Nick didn't reply, almost ignoring Josh completely like he was feeling nothing, but annoyed. Josh went back to his classroom, sitting down in his chair. He heard no sound from the students except silent whispers. The teacher was the main voice of the room, with their back turned against the wall. He felt as though that today was going to be a bad day.

By the second Josh arrived home, he was greeted by Angie. Surprisingly to Josh, she was cooking dinner. He grew a smile to the smell and walked into the kitchen. He noticed Angie standing by the oven with a pot on top. Angie glanced over her shoulder and noticed Josh walk in. "Welcome home! I made a delicious dinner for you." She grew a large smile on her face as she looked back down to the pot.

"It smells really good." Josh admitted, walking by her and toward the kitchen counter holding plates on top. "Is it almost ready?"

"Almost. . . Just need a little bit of paprika." She mentions as she began pulling out a bottle of paprika from a cabinet. She places the bottle beside her, before continuing to stir inside the pot. "I'll holla at you once it's done." She smiles toward Josh, before focusing her full attention onto the pot. Josh nodded, before walking out of the kitchen and upstairs to get undressed. Sadly, before he could fully undress. His watch alerts him of another alarm for trouble.

He pulls out his watch and looks down to it. The alarm's message said, "A disturbance has occurred at the downtown police station." Josh instantly grew a feeling of worry, staring down at his watch continuously. He eventually looked up and noticed Angie standing not far away from him. Her expression showed disappointment, as though she heard the alarm from his watch. Angie didn't say a word, she stared at Josh in the eyes longingly.

Josh sighed sadly, before returning the look. "I'm sorry Angie, can you package it for later for me?" Josh asked her, but she only returned a very slow and slight nod. Her expression didn't change as she continued to stare at him. It wasn't long after until Anige turned around and started to walk back into the kitchen. Josh sighed again, before beginning to head out the front door. By the second he closed the door behind him, he noticed that Creg was standing beside his mailbox.

Creg appeared to have been waiting for Josh to leave his house for some reason. Josh walked up closer to him, "Oh hey Creg, I was just about to get you two." Josh mentioned to him, as he walked past him and onto the sidewalk.

Creg watched Josh walk past him before speaking, "I think Nick is grounded again." Josh didn't show any sign of care on his face.

"Is he being locked away again?" Josh asked, before looking back toward him as he stood on the sidewalk and beside the street.

"Yeah. His step parents aren't surprised, but they still ground him like it's going to do something."

Josh shrugged and shook his head, looking toward the city in the distance. "Well, I'm sure we can do it without him. I don't want him to get in any more trouble than he already is." Creg nodded, accepting Josh's response. Josh glanced toward the front window of the house, noticing Angie behind the window. He watched as Angie pulled herself away from the window once she realized she was discovered.

Josh chuckled slightly, before giving Creg the look of readiness. Creg nodded toward him, before starting to follow Josh to the city. Angie pulled the curtain away slightly, watching as Josh and Creg leave into the distance. By the second she noticed that they were not heading toward Nick's house. She grew slightly worried, but that soon resolved when she got an idea. It was almost like a lightbulb had flickered on above her head. She walked away from the window once she thought of the idea more clearly to herself.

~ ~ ~

When Josh and Creg arrived at the police station in their usual uniforms. They walked up to the front door and noticed that the police were all knocked out. However, that is not what caught Josh's attention. Black writing was seen across the walls of the station. Two of the writing stood out to Josh, "The Forgener was here," and "I want to fix everything." Josh gave Creg a confusing and worried look.

"What the hell happened here?" Josh asked himself and Creg who didn't answer or respond to the question. Instead, he stared around at the damage of the police station and knocked out officers on the floor. "It's like a tornado went through." Josh said again to himself, coming to a stop in front of the writings.

It wasn't long until Josh and Creg heard the sounds of small metal pieces falling onto the floor. The sound was coming from behind them and toward the front door. Josh and Creg slowly turned around, before noticing that the sound was that of bullets. Bullets that were bent and used up from already fired pistols and guns. The bullets were falling from a familiar figure that they had seen in the rain of money downtown.

Josh and Creg looked up toward the man and were fully capable of describing him. The man was wearing a large leather jacket, a purple and white striped shirt beneath, light blue jeans that were ripped around the knee and leg, with two torn and messy shoes wrapped around the feet. The man had a large cigar in his mouth, a half shaven beard with two deep blue eyes staring straight at them both. The man stood there with a smirk, as though he was happy to see them. He didn't speak a single word as he stood there in silence.

Josh and Creg were motionless, stuck to the floor as they had no idea if they should move. Josh decided to use his telepathy to see if this was the same person. Before Josh could, he obtained another yet small nose bleed and the feeling of harm through his brain. “You missed the party. . ."

Josh and Creg grew still stuck where they were. Josh spoke shortly after, “W-What?”

The man soon looked back up toward the two of them, "People like you two are nothing more but people above the law. So, a whole party came out when I arrived here. I’m the only one left standing. . ." He says with no regret or empathy.

The man looked back towards them, smirking a little before beginning to walk away. Creg didn't accept this, forming into his metal form and beginning to stomp toward him. The man was about to disappear when Creg forced him to turn around. Right when the man turned to face him, Creg punched him in the stomach. "Stay down." He demanded, before reverting out of it. Josh walked up beside him, while Creg looked back toward the police cruisers getting closer and closer to where they were.

Josh looked down toward the man and placed his index fingers across his neck. He gasped instantly and was almost freaking out. Creg turned around and was confused, "What? What's wrong?" Josh was incapable of speaking for the longest of time. He was staring down at the man below him and had no idea what to say.

Luckily, Creg snapped him out of it and finally allowed Josh to speak. "He's. . . Dead. . ." Those words caused Creg to instantly look down to the man, not believing Josh in the slightest. He crouched down beside the man, before placing his fingers against his wrist. That's when Creg gasped and had no words left to explain what he was beginning to feel. He stood back up to his feet, completely in disbelief.

"I. . . I didn't even punch him that hard. I. . . I promise!" Creg stared down toward the man, still laying on the ground. He was now frozen in place, confused and guilty. Josh was also frozen, but was beginning to glance back toward the cruisers getting closer and closer to them with each passing second. Until, the cruisers arrived and were left questioned by the authorities.

Two hours passed, Creg mentioned to the authorities what happened and lied about the man that was dead on the ground. Luckily, no consequences were met and the ambulances transported the man into the back. Not long later, until the ambulance drove off toward the hospital. Police had already surrounded the area and were investigating the crime scene. Josh and Creg left the scene, still baffled about what just happened.

Josh was incapable of speaking to Creg. He knew Creg didn't mean it, but it still felt unbelievable. As they passed around a corner, they were already a decent distance away from the scene. Creg looked over to Josh, noticing that Josh was not speaking for the longest of time. Creg stopped him, causing Josh to slowly turn to face him. "Josh... I know it might seem like I killed him. I can assure you, at the bottom of my heart. I wasn't intending to kill him. I just wanted to knock him out until the authorities arrived."

Josh, sounding like he just wanted to get the conversation over with quickly. He spoke with an intent of almost annoyance, "I know... Don't worry about it. Let's just go home and forget about it." Josh was about to walk away, when Creg was a bit more demanding that Josh listen to him.

"Josh. . ." Right as Josh was about to respond to him with a more angry tone. An ambulance appeared from around the corner, its lights blinking around it.

Josh screamed out toward Creg after noticing the ambulance begin to turn toward them. "Watch out!" Creg immediately recognized what Josh was talking about, before dodging out of the way. Josh did the same, and let the ambulance crash between Josh and Creg into a light pole. The ambulance halted to a stop as soon as it impacted with the light pole. Josh and Creg quietly and cautiously got onto their feet again. Their eyes met with the front of the ambulance, with its front smoking from the impact.

Josh stared longingly at the driver seat of the ambulance, before recognizing that there was a body sitting in the seat. He called over to Creg on the other side, "Oh god! I think someone is hurt!" Creg responded by coming closer to the ambulance and opening the passenger door. Josh followed along, walking over to the driver side and opening up the door. Creg pulled out one of the paramedics from the passenger side. However, as soon as the fog cleared up from the driver's side. Josh realized that it was the same man that Creg accidentally killed.

The man was sitting behind the wheel. Josh gasped and took a few steps back, staring up at the supposed corpse sitting in the seat in front of him. That's when the body began to move, sitting upwards in the seat and moving his eyes. The man had scratches on his face, with his eyes showing blood in the eyeballs. He looked over to Josh, frozen solid and staring up at him. The man didn't show that he was in agony and was simply moving with ease. Like the accident didn't affect him in the slightest.

The man stared at Josh in the eyes for the longest of time. To Josh, it felt like an eternity and he had no emotions left to describe what to even think of this situation. Creg noticed the man sitting in the driver's side, and didn't know what to say. Other than speaking up toward Josh, "Is... is that who I think it is?" Creg asked and yelled over to Josh on the other side. Josh nodded, but gave no vocal response to him.

The man finally spoke, "You two. . . You have powers. . ." The man spoke again, before turning his head forward. He grew motionless and began to show signs of death once again. Josh went over to the other side of the ambulance where Creg stood. Creg looked over to him and had millions of questions on how this is possible.

"What. . . In the absolute fuck is happening? I thought he. . . He died? There is no way he can come back to life and be sitting in the driver seat!" Creg sounded demanding, wanting answers about the situation they were experiencing. Josh ignored the question, while he went over beside the knocked out paramedics. He grew a sigh of relief when he noticed that the paramedics were alive and suffered not as many injuries as the man.

Josh looked back up to Creg, "I. . . I think we should just call 911 and leave. I don't want the police to think we have anything to do with this." Creg nodded after some rational thinking. Josh called the police, before looking over to Creg and began to leave the scene quickly. That's when something touched Josh's shoulder. When Josh looked over his shoulder, turning toward whatever was touching him. He realized that it was the man, but this time was standing fully on both his feet.

Josh and Creg were fully freaked out now, taking a few steps back. "What the hell??" Josh screamed loudly at the sighting. Creg was about to form into his metal body. When the man's arm shapeshifted into metal. His eyes didn't leave Josh's own eyes as he showed a large grin on his face. Creg was in complete confusion, incapable of expressing any words to the sighting of metal seen on the man's own arm.

The man finally spoke in a raspy voice, "Another force of incompetent heroes on the street. . ." He grew a large grin across his face, blood seen on his teeth. "Looks like I have to do something rash, just like what I did to the police." He began to laugh, letting go of Josh's shoulder as he stared at Josh and Creg taking more steps back. They were stopped when a familiar force field appeared around the man's body. Josh gasped to the sighting, turning to see Angie standing behind him.

Josh glanced back toward the man, noticing that the force field was shrinking quickly. Josh quickly looked back toward Angie, "Stop it! What are you doing?" Josh yelled to her, but Angie was incapable of controlling her powers. The force field continued to shrink more, until there was barely enough room left. The man was seen starting to suffer from the lack of oxygen left in the bubble. The bubble was about to squish him, when Josh rushed over beside Angie and pulled her hands away. To Josh's surprise, this wasn't quick enough.

Josh's eyes locked onto the man again, but a dead corpse once again. Creg took a few steps closer to it, tapping his foot against the corpse in hopes to see it move. Sadly, the corpse lay there motionless with no life left to be seen. Angie stared down at the corpse, before placing her hands over her mouth. Words weren't capable of escaping her mouth, she was left in shock. Creg heard the sounds of police sirens in the distance, but this made Creg look toward Angie. "We need to go!" Creg yelled over to Josh and Angie.

Josh took Angie's arm, beginning to run away from the scene. Angie insisted to them that they should go back, but neither Josh or Creg agreed. Deep inside Josh, he felt as though that whoever the man was. He was secretly evil, meaning to do evil intentions. While Creg, didn't want to stick around to see what consequences could unfold once the police arrive. However, he did take another glance back toward the corpse on the floor. Luckily, the corpse didn't move a muscle. When they arrived at the house, Creg and Josh closed the door behind them. Locking all of the doors and blocking the windows with blinds.

Nick was standing by Josh's front door, knocking constantly and rough. "Josh? Are you home? Or Angie? I was able to sneak out of my house again." Nick called out with a loud voice in hopes anybody hears him. No response or movement from inside was heard, leaving Nick in the sunlight with a raging sun above him. Nick looked around at each of the windows. He doesn't notice any movement of the window curtains, leaving him slightly confused and worried. "Josh! I know you're home. It's like an hour before school starts man." Nick calls out again.

Nick notices that there were people looking over at him. A few of them gave him quick glances, while two of the people gave him annoyed expressions. As though they didn't appreciate his loud voice so early in the morning. Nick sighed with annoyance, as he began to head toward the back door of the house. He marches his way to the side where he is greeted by a gate locked. His eye rolls as he vibrates through the gate and onto the other side.

Nick was instantly greeted by tall weeds and grass that haven't been mown in a long time. "Oh come on Josh. Take care of your yard man." Nick mentions with annoyance as he swings his arms outwards to move the grass out of his face. When he got to the back, he marched toward the door and reached his arm out toward the doorknob. By the second he turned the knob and pushed in, the door swung open quickly. This gave Nick instant worry, standing by the doorway with a gulp. "Oh boy... Not a good sign. Huh Nick?" He asked himself, but he didn't respond to his own question.

Nick begins his way through the door, closing it behind him. He hears no signs of sound anywhere inside, making him have to ask another question. He speaks not so loud this time, hoping that someone was close by to respond. "Hello?" A quick response was heard from his right, when a hand went out to hold it in front of him. The hand quickly pulls him in, keeping the hand over his mouth and preventing him from speaking. The person that was holding him closely and blocking his mouth shushed him to not say anything.

When Nick looked up, he noticed that it was Angie. Nick used his speed to escape from her grasps. "What... The fuck was that about?!" Nick called out with almost a yell. Although, Angie insisted he remained quiet. She shushed him, before looking over to Creg hiding beneath the stairs.

"Was he followed?" Angie called out to him, rushing Creg to take a peep outside. Creg rushed over to the front window, slowly moving the curtain out of the way. Creg searched the surroundings, before looking back toward her.

"No, he's clear." Creg mentions, allowing Angie to look back to Nick standing in complete confusion.

"What... The hell is going on here? I was literally just grounded and you guys are acting as though the principal called the cops on you." Nick says loudly, demanding to know the answer from the strange answer. That's when Josh took a few steps down the stairs, his hair was messy with his expression showing exhaustion.

"That's not the reason we are hiding. We are hiding because..." Before Josh could speak, Creg opens up with him nearly pointing his finger toward Angie.

"Me and her killed someone last night." Angie scoffed from Creg pointing fingers toward her.

"So what? It's my fault that I couldn't control my powers? I'm sorry Mr. Metal Mc. Gee." When Angie said Creg's new name, Nick nearly begins laughing. Angie's eyes looked over to Nick, who was laughing from the comment. "What are you? Six?"

Creg transforms into his metal form. "Are you insulting us now?" Creg asks her with annoyance as he took a few steps in front of her.

"Maybe I am." Angie's expression had lightning bolting through her eyes with rage. It was as though she was really pissed at him. "Who wants to find out?" Angie asks again, but Josh stops the confrontation between them.

"Guys stop fighting. It was neither of your faults." Josh walked fully down the stairs at this point. His eyes looked at all three of them. "Besides... Clearly that guy wasn't normal. He kept coming back to life whenever we thought he died."

Creg's eyes looked over to Josh, now as though Josh was the enemy. "So, you're saying it was okay for Angie to kill him?"

Josh shook his head, "No, I'm just saying that if this man has the ability to be resurrected. Maybe he isn't really dead." This gave Creg and Angie some comfort. They sighed when they heard this, but Creg remembered a small detail about last night that got him to continue.

"Well, how can you explain how he got that metal arm? I can't transfer my powers over. Or at least, I don't think I can." Creg formed out of his metal mimicry, but left his metal arm viewable. He examined his arm, while Josh spoke again.

"Look, I don't know what this guy is or where he came from. All I know is that he is clearly not normal and is planning something. I can bet you that it's not beneficial to this world. Which is why we have to find him and stop it before it becomes too dangerous." Josh insisted, before his eyes met with Nick's. "I'll explain to you in more detail about what we're talking about. Sit in the office while I sort us out." Josh informed Nick, who nodded as a response.

Nick walked into the office of the new Triplet headquarters. He sat down in one of the chairs and sighed from the comfort. His ears caught up to the chatting from the other room again. This time, Josh was comforting Creg and Angie's anger. It wasn't long until the three of them walked into the room together. Angie sat down in a chair in the corner, while Creg and Josh kept standing by the table in the middle of the room. Creg looked over to Josh, watching as he turned on the television screen.

The screen showed a map of the entire city, with a few pictures of the same man that Josh, Creg and Angie met the night prior. Nick was confused by the picture, but didn't speak. "So, Nick. This is the guy we are talking about. His real name is Carter Patt. He was an advocate on several occasions in the past. However, instead of him individually making the moves. He was in crowds and riots. He never got caught by the police until last night. When he knocked out every police officer and left without a bullet wound."

Nick almost grew excited, before calling something out that caught the attention of the other three. "Is he a speedster?!"" Josh was caught off guard by the sudden intrusion, making Josh clearly confused on his face. Josh shook his head a few seconds later and a vocal "no." Nick was disappointed, sitting back down fully in his seat before looking away and mumbling to himself. "Then, I don't fucking care...."

Josh's expression grew visual confusion, unsure what to say next. Angie's expression showed her about to chuckle from Nick's outburst. Josh looked over to Creg and rolled his eyes. "Anyway, apparently like I said in the other room. This guy has some sort of next level of regeneration and can spontaneously come back to life. That's not all however, he also can somehow obtain the powers of others around him. I can't exactly say how he gets them, but I'm thinking of some sort of power absorption?"

Nick stared at the screen, not saying a word as he listened. Angie observes the screen slightly longer, before getting a notification on her phone. She pulled it out and looked at the small screen. The alarm notifying her to get Josh up for school was seen. Ten minutes were left before Josh and Creg had to begin heading to school. Josh's eyes met with Angie's, "You two got ten minutes by the way. We should probably continue after so you two don't get in trouble again."

Josh looked at the time, before nodding. "Probably a good idea." Josh looked over to Creg, then towards Nick. Josh instantly remembers when he locked eyes with Nick about what happened yesterday. "Oh right... It's just me and you going to school, huh?" He asks Creg, who nods in response.

"Fuck." Nick calls out again. "I forgot I'm suspended. Well, I guess I'm stuck at my parents place all day for however fucking long."

Angie looked over to him, "Wait, you got suspended? For how long?" Angie asks him.

"Until the end of the month." Nick replies. "I honestly don't care as it's not my first time."

Angie chuckled, "I guess we both are trouble makers, aren't we?" Nick nodded with a clear smile visible on his face. "How about instead of spending a boring time with your parents. Can you stay here?"

Josh and Creg left the room, leaving them alone as they headed to the kitchen. Josh got them both ready with a quick start of breakfast to start the morning. Josh sighed as he sat down beside Creg. Josh heard Nick reply to Angie, "Okay! Why not? I'm in trouble as it is, so it can't get any worse than this. Can it?" Josh and Creg glanced at each other. As the time flew past, Creg and Josh left through the front door and began heading to school together.

~ ~ ~

Josh was already in class, but Creg was getting ready for practice. When he left the washroom, he walked past the cheerleaders and noticed a familiar face sitting amongst the bleachers. Creg looked up toward the familiar face, before noticing who it was. He started to make his way up the bleachers, staring down at the gothic girl sitting alone. She was looking down into her lap with a sketchbook lying on her legs. She was drawing herself, with clear skill visible in the drawing itself.

Creg looked around, before looking out to the football field. He spoke up finally, "Hey there." Creg said, but didn't cause the gothic girl to look up towards him. She instantly realized who she was talking to, which made Creg shocked by her response.

"You again huh?" She continued to draw in her sketchbook, not looking up to him. "Aren't you supposed to be playing football?" Creg was incapable of speaking, staring down at her with a confused expression.

"How did-" Creg was caught off guard when another voice was heard from below him. It was one of his teammates calling toward him.

"Yo man, you coming?" Creg nodded and pointed out his pointer finger to signal he'll join in a minute. The man nodded, before returning to the other football players on the field. Creg looked back down toward the gothic girl, still drawing away on her sketchbook.

"Told you, you should probably join them before you become too late." This advice almost made Creg speak, wanting to say any kind of word. However, the advice caused him to start heading out to the field again. Upon joining the others, and getting into position. He glanced back toward the gothic girl still sitting on the bleachers alone. Before he knew it, he was in the full game of football. As he played, he was constantly glancing back at the girl in hopes she didn't leave.

When the game finally ended, it was time for them to start cleaning up and heading inside. He noticed that the gothic girl was beginning to leave and head inside. Creg rushed toward her, keeping his helmet on his waist. Before she was able to walk inside, he called over to her. She rolled her eyes from the mention of him calling to her. She slowly turns around and faces him. She kept the sketchbook close to her chest as she looked up into Creg's eyes with annoyance.

"Wait... I want to talk to you, but you keep pushing me away." Creg informs her, "I... Ever since you told me you had powers. I want to know more. Can you tell me?" Creg asks her.

She shook her head, "I can't... Not around here." Creg offers an idea.

"How about somewhere more private?" Creg asks. "Like, with my other friends who have powers just like you. I'm sure they'd be pleased to let you hang out with them rather than be alone." The gothic girl almost took offense to the last statement.

"What? You think I am alone? Pfft, okay." She turned away and was about to reach out for the handle.

Creg interrupts her again, making her pull her hand away annoyingly. "No, I'm just saying. You look like you want some friends who are more... Like you." Creg replied with a slight smile. The gothic girl turns to face him, looking at him square in the eyes.

The gothic girl spoke, but showed no sign of annoyance in her tone. Instead, it simply sounded like she just wanted to end the conversation quickly. "Thanks for the offer, but I appreciate being alone. Thank you. Besides, you wouldn't like what kind of horrible things I have control over. You'd just pee your small little pants..." She almost sounded as though she was mocking him on his underside, like he had a small dick. Creg sighed as he watched the gothic girl open the door up and walk inside without glancing back toward him. Creg stood there in silence, speechless about what to say next. Creg continued with his day shortly afterwards.

Later that night, the full crew was at Josh's house. Hanging out together while Josh and Creg think about the person who kept on coming back to life. Josh was beginning to get stubborn and obsessed with the mystery. Feeling as though that the man was trying to spread some sort of message. However, Josh was incapable of figuring out what kind of message the man was giving off.

Creg kept shrugging, unsure of what to say about the situation. "I mean, he seems to know about us. He almost ran us over." Creg said, which Josh nodded in response.  Creg continued as he began explaining what he was thinking. "The man was able to copy my powers for instance. Do you think he can copy yours? If so, what is the extent of his powers?"

"The better question is, what exactly is his powers? Because how do we know it's replication? He doesn't seem to be able to replicate powers, unless he dies. Which confuses me, because how does he come back to life? Some sort of resurrection?"

"You just answered you're own question." Creg answered, which Josh rolled his eyes.

"What I mean is, what kind of resurrection does he have that allows him to gain abilities along with it?" Creg lifted his hand to his mouth and began thinking to himself.

As soon as Creg was about to speak, a knock at the door was heard. Josh and Creg looked out of the office room. Josh glanced back toward Creg, before using his powers. When he looked through the mind of whoever was outside. He realized that it was the gothic teenager from the school. He looked over to Creg, "It's Suzan."

Creg returned the look, but with confusion. As though he didn't recognize the name. "Who?"

"The gothic girl from the school. The one you told me about." Creg's eyes widened as he begins to rush toward the door. Josh notices as he looked through Suzan's thoughts that she was beginning to walk away when no response was heard from inside. She was about to turn away when Creg opened the door. Suzan was just about to walk off, when she turned toward Creg standing at the doorway.

"Hey..." Creg spoke awkwardly. "What's up?"

Suzan was hesitant, before speaking a little shy. "Sorry..." Creg heard her apology, but only was confused.

"What for?" When Creg asked this, she looked at him in the eyes.

"I  shouldn't have come here, I should just-." Creg stopped her before she could walk off.

"Wait, it's okay. We-uh, we weren't doing anything important. You can come in." Creg moved out of the way so she could come in. Suzan stood there for a minute, before heading inside. Creg closed the door behind her as she walked in. Nick and Angie looked toward her direction as she walked inside. Nick was happy to see her arrive.

"Aw man, I thought you weren't coming over." Nick exclaimed, standing up to his feet. Angie remained seated on the couch as she continued staring toward Suzan with confusion.

"Who is she?" Angie asked as she looked back up to Nick.

Suzan decided to take this moment to greet herself to Angie. "Hi, my name's Suzan. I go to their school... I feel like I shouldn't have come here..." She glanced back toward the door, but Angie stood up from the couch and began approaching her.

"Oh, don't worry. My name's Angie." She reached her hand out toward Suzan, which Suzan shook her hand. Suzan slightly smiled as they shook hands.

"I don't think I've ever seen you at the school before." Suzan mentioned.

Angie chuckled, "Well, that's because I don't go there. I'm actually expelled from multiple schools." Suzan smirked and chuckled a little. After a minute of silence between them, Angie decided to invite her further inside. "Actually, would you like something to drink at all? We'd like another person to join us on the couch." Angie said with a large grin.

Suzan looked over toward the living room, her mouth open as she examined the living room for a minute. After thinking for a few seconds, she finally spoke. "Uh... You know what? Sure... Water..." Angie nodded and started heading toward the kitchen. Suzan looks back toward Creg and Josh as she begins to make her way toward the living room. Nick sat back down on the couch and watched as Suzan made her way into the living room. Before settling down on the couch across from Nick.

Josh looked over to Creg, "I think you're right..." This made Creg look back toward him with confusion.

"Right about what?"

"She is special. I sense something about her... Something unique..." Creg looked back toward Suzan on the couch. Watching as Angie walked into the living room with a glass of water. She handed it toward Suzan, who took it and thanked Angie. Angie sat down between them and began watching television with them both.

"Can you tell what it is?" Creg asked, but was disappointed when Josh shook his head. Creg started toward the living room for a while, before Josh walked back into the office. Creg followed him back into the office. Josh returned to his thinking, while Creg sat at the desk. A map hanging on the wall, with several pin points and lines between each one. Identifying the few locations that the man was located at.

~ ~ ~

Josh was awoken to the knock of the office door. He raised his head up from the desk and looked toward the door. He then spoke, "Come in..." His voice showed a sign of tiredness and a dry throat. He rubbed his eyes as the door to the office opened.

"Hey, I-." When Josh looked up, he noticed that it was Suzan. Suzan stopped as she examined the room that she found herself walking into. Josh realized that Creg was also sleeping in his chair. He awoke to Suzan walking in, rubbing his eyes as well. "Woah... What is all this?" She asked with confusion, beginning to walk further into the room.

Josh used his hands to hang his head up as he watched her walk in. "It's a study room..." Josh said, but Suzan wasn't convinced as her eyes looked at the map on the wall. That's when her eyes widened with surprise.

"Wait... You guys are researching into the Forgener too?!" That's when Creg and Josh looked up to her.

"You know about him too?" Josh asked.

"Well, I was researching him. I wanted to know who he was, but I found some pretty interesting stuff." Josh was curious now. "In fact, that was actually the reason I was there when you guys were in the middle of the money rain in the streets."

"Really? That makes so much more sense now. It was such a convenient spot to find you in." Creg admitted, while Suzan nodded in agreement.

"What kind of information did you find?" Josh asked.

"Yeah, because we keep getting the same results that Josh brings up each time and doesn't stop about it." Creg mentioned, which made Josh glance over to him.

Suzan took a deep breath, before speaking. "Well, this is what I was able to gather about him." Suzan took out a notebook from a backpack she brought with her. She handed it over to Josh as she kept the backpack hanging off her back. When Josh opened the notebook, a lot of notes and writing was seen inside. "I was able to find who his parents were. Apparently they don't know much, other than the fact that he was just a normal kid when he was younger. Ever since then, the parents have been sent to a hospital for their behavior."

Josh was surprised as he read the notes. Suzan continued, while Josh closed the notebook. "I also found that his abilities seem to only function when he dies. However, it's limited to its potential. I haven't been able to figure it out just yet, but I know it has limits." Suzan said.

"How can you be sure?" Josh asks as he hands the book over to Creg to check the notes out himself.

"Because if they didn't have a limit, then whatever powers he obtained over the time he had them. Would've stuck with him, meaning we would be dealing with a much more dangerous individual." Josh nodded in agreement.

"True, but were you able to find out where he lived?" Suzan shook her head as a response, not saying an answer as a result. Josh looked over to Creg.

"Why and when did you start searching for him?" Creg asked Suzan.

Suzan started to think back, until she started speaking. "These more recent memorable cases were a big part of that. I started looking into him when the police station was attacked. However, I was more aware of his presence when his parents were sent to the hospital. I thought that their whole case was off, so I spoke to them personally after the money rain case." This made Creg ask another important question that he's been wanting to know about.

"Why weren't you surprised when we revealed ourselves to you? You seemed to not care." When Suzan answered, the group fell silent and surprised at the words that came out of her mouth.

"Because I already met another group just like you guys. It's run by someone named Drake. I hung around him for a while before I moved away. I never got their phone numbers so, I never got the chance to call them again." Creg was about to say something until Suzan interrupted him from speaking. "He's a pretty good looking guy. Only suggestion I have is that he stops wearing those damn earrings." Suzan spoke on.

Creg spoke again, "So, wait. You're saying there is another group just like us? Somewhere out there?" Josh was beginning to get excited. His thoughts seeing the bigger picture. He wanted to meet this other group, and possibly team up to take on the Forgener. Getting to know that others existed warmed his heart. He no longer felt lonely, instead he felt comforted. Josh listened as Suzan answered him.

"Only in Nevada that I'm aware of... But yeah." Suzan nodded, making Creg and Josh look at each other with large grins.

"Also despite the AzLean Soldier too..." Suzan said, but Creg and Josh shook their heads.

"He's not like us though. He has to hold a sword to get his powers." Josh said, making Creg and Suzan look at him. The room fell silent, before Josh looked toward the floor in embarrassment. Eventually, Nick knocked on the doorway. Grabbing the room's attention.

"Guy's... We have a problem..." Nick said, which left the others worried.

"What is it?" Josh asked.

"It's the Forgener... He's... He's..." Nick pointed toward the front door and the front window. When Josh realized what he was talking about, Josh's eyes widened with both fear and surprise. Creg looked back toward Josh with complete fear like Nick was giving off. Suzan didn't show fear, instead she showed a sign of shock. As though she wasn't expecting the Forgener to find where they were. Although, that apparently didn't make her worried or fearful for an odd reason.

Josh and Creg rushed over toward the front door and window. Nick remained cautious behind them as he looked back toward Suzan and Angie. Suzan and Angie's expressions were filled with worry and fear. Josh moved the curtain out of the way for a second as he peeked outside. What his eyes gazed upon, made him flinch backwards in panic.

Forgener, the man that was trying to kill them. Was standing in the middle of the front lawn. Staring at the front of the house motionless. Creg looked through the eye hole, noticing the Forgener as well. He looked over to Josh, "He's just standing there. What do we do?" Josh looked over to Nick and the girls behind him. He returned the look back to Creg after thinking for a second.

"The only thought that comes to mind is... Talk to him." This made Creg shake his head.

"Oh hell no, bro. You expect me to go out there and talk to a creepy psycho like him?" Creg continued to shake his head, but Josh attempted to comfort him.

"We need to understand what his deal is. The only way we'll know is by actually making a conversation with him." Creg pants in worry, but Josh successfully comforted and convinced him. Afterwards, Josh looked back toward Suzan, Angie and Nick. "All of us are going out there. Including you Suzan."

"Why me? I'm not the one who personally met him and almost had him kill me?"

Angie nodded in agreement. "Let's leave her out of this. I think he just wants us four." Josh looked toward the window in thought, before eventually nodding.

"Fine, Suzan you better find somewhere to hide until we're done." Suzan slightly nodded, before beginning to head upstairs. Josh stared at the door, his heart pumping harshly and quickly. Creg stopped Josh before he could leave first. Creg told Josh to stay behind him for safety, as he began to open the door carefully and slowly.

Creg leaves the building first, looking toward the Forgener that was standing in the middle of the front lawn. The Forgener's eyes looked over to Creg and the others as they began to leave the house. Josh remained between Creg and Nick as they walked over to him. They stopped six feet away from Forgener, while he stared back at each of them.

Josh looked over to Creg, noticing him getting ready to transform. Then, Josh looked back over to Forgener and was the first one to speak up. "Are you trying to kill us? And if so, why?" When Josh asked this question, Forgener showed his first signs of movement. His head moved upwards as he opened his mouth a little, before closing it again. No response came out of his mouth, making Creg repeat the question.

"Who exactly are you?" When Creg asked, Forgener finally spoke.

"I bring up the fear and helplessness of millions of people across the world. To show that there is no faith." Nick took a step back in worry, looking over to Josh and Creg.

Creg asked another question, "Why attack us?"

Forgener looked over to Creg, a large smile appearing on his face. "You are the closest to faith. For fear to kick in, one must simply remove the blockage." Forgener's eyes begin to move upon each of the four. Starting from Creg and moving over to Angie, standing beside Nick. "You are cheaters, and the world doesn't appreciate cheaters."

Angie chuckled a little, "You can't say what the world wants and doesn't like. That isn't your call."

Forgener held his smile as it grew into a grin. "I am the fear that one holds..." As soon as he finishes speaking, Forgener leaps toward Angie and shape shifts his arm into metal. Before Forgener could successfully hit Angie, Nick quickly moves Angie out of the way. Forgener punches the earth below him, before looking up to Josh and Creg.

Right as Forgener stands up and begins approaching Josh. Creg pushes Josh out of the way as he defends him. Forgener punches first toward Creg's chest until Creg catches it with an arm and twists it. Forgener's other arm shapeshifts into metal and punches Creg in the gut. Creg yells in pain but head budds against Forgener. Causing Forgener to be pushed a few feet backwards.

Angie returns and creates another forcefield around Forgener. Trying to keep Forgener inside to the best of her ability. Josh looks over to Angie, "Keep him inside, I'm going to enter his mind."

"Hurry, he's trying to fight back..." Angie grunts and struggles to hold Forgener inside.

Josh decides to take his moment to lurk into the Forgener's mind. Creg rushes over to Josh and remains in his metal form. Watching the Forgener inside the shield trying to fight back. Nick runs back outside after grabbing 3D glasses and popcorn. Beginning to watch the scene unfold. That's when Creg gets an idea. He looks back over to Nick while a lightbulb clicks in his head.

"Nick! I got an idea, if the shield breaks. I want you to get the hose and wrap around Forgener to keep him stuck. But only do it when the shield breaks." Nick looked down at the popcorn in his hands. Before grunting and running toward the back of the house. The glasses and the popcorn fall to the floor as Nick vanishes. Creg turns back around to Angie, "How much longer you able to hold him?"

"Not much longer..." Angie uses her hands to attempt to squish Forgener inside the shield. However, Forgener is successfully capable of pushing the shield outwards. Beginning to use his metal arm to hit the shield, attempting to burst it open. Creg takes a step back, before getting in front of Josh to protect him.

Josh was beginning to form a bloody nose as he remained motionless. It's not long until Forgener bursts through the shield, causing Angie to faint. Right as Angie falls to the ground unconscious, Nick appears from around the corner with the hose. He begins to run around Forgener, wrapping him with the hose tightly. As soon as the tightness was enough, Nick stopped in front of him. Holding the tip of the hose in his hand as he looked into the Forgener's eyes.

"Ha! Now try to escape." Nick laughed a little as he looked back over to Creg.

Josh gasped for air as he returned to reality. His nose bleeding harshly from an unknown cause of his powers. Creg turned around to Josh and was instantly worried by the sight. As Creg helped Josh wipe his nose, Forgener bursts out of the grip of the hose. Shortly afterwards, Forgener begins to take a few shots toward Nick. Luckily, Nick uses his speed and reflexes to dodge each punch from the Forgener.

After a few swings, Nick begins to use his speed to punch Forgener multiple times within flashing speeds. Although, before Nick could punch Forgener out. Forgener forms his body into full metal, and right as Nick punched into the metal. He stops and screams in pain, turning away as he held his fist in his arm. Forgener shortly punches Nick in the face, causing him to black out. Creg turns and notices that it's only him standing in the way of Forgener getting to Josh.

Creg turned around and was about to use his metal mimicry to fight back. When a pool of poison and liquid forms between them both. Rising upon from the poison puddle was a woman figure. It wasn't long until the poison fully created the exact shape and size of Suzan. Creg's expression faded from fear to surprise. Now getting to see what Suzan's powers were in front of his own eyes.

Angie started to get up to her feet, her eyes looking over to see Suzan. Forgener watched as Suzan launches toxic poison toward him. Forgener was incapable of reacting in time as the poison surrounds him. Forgener coughs and struggles to breath as the poison entered his lungs and nostrils. Creg yelled out toward Suzan as she continued to engulf him in poison.

"Stop! You're going to kill him!" However, Suzan ignores Creg as she begins to walk closer to Forgener. She stops launching poison toward Forgener, and watches as the poisonous gas disappears. When the gas cleared, Suzan and the others noticed that Forgener was nowhere to be seen. Creg's expression turned to disappointment, but also slight annoyance with Suzan.

Suzan turned around and looked over to Creg. "He's taken care of, you're welcome." Suzan mentions, before beginning to head back inside. Creg stares toward where Forgener once stood while Suzan walked past him. Angie woke Nick back up, helping him to his feet carefully. After a minute, Creg turned back around and looked down at Josh.

"You okay? What did you see?"

Josh thinks for a minute, before shaking his head. "I didn't see anything." Before Creg could speak again, Josh begins to head back inside. Creg looks over to Angie and Nick, before beginning to do the same. Nick and Angie soon followed, each looking back toward where Forgener once was. As soon as they arrived inside, Angie closed the door behind them.

~ ~ ~

Josh was pacing between the office and the front door. Constantly checking outside from either the window or front door eye hole. Creg watched him, but didn't say a word to Josh. Creg was also feeling uneasy, unsure what to do about the situation they found themselves in. Forgener died by poison, which means he'll return even stronger than before. Creg didn't even know if his metal strength would help anymore.

Creg kept his mouth shut as his eyes wandered to the floor. His thoughts raced through his mind while Josh continued to pace between the front door and the office. However, that's when Josh's pacing changed to him checking all of the windows and doors in the house. This made Suzan finally speak up from the living room as she watched Josh change his movement. "Josh, you're being paranoid. I promise you, I doubt he can adapt to poison. That requires his immune system to kick in. Now, stop pac-." As she was about to put her hand onto Josh's shoulder, he winched and backed up from Suzan in worry.

Though, his expression returned to normal when he noticed Suzan standing in front of him. "I'm not being paranoid, I'm just..." He was incapable of finishing his sentence, unsure how to describe his emotions. Avoiding to express that Suzan was right. This led to him checking the back door one last time. Suzan sighed again, but with a little frustration and annoyance.

"Josh." She said out loud with a more demanding tone. "He's officially dead this time. Relax, I know what I was doing."

"Do you? You just made him stronger on purpose. I thought you knew about his adapting ability." Josh said.

"I do know about it. I've been observing him since before you guy's came along. I know for certain he can't adapt to poison. He only adapted to-." He was caught off by Creg joining into the conversation.

"How do you know that? You were only able to see the physical attributes of the situation he found himself in. You don't see the true picture here."

Suzan begins to feel as though she was being ganged up upon. "Okay, come on guys! This is unfair, does nobody trust me and what I did?" Angie and Nick remained seated on the couch. Nick wasn't paying attention as Suzan was standing in front of the TV. Looking around Suzan to get a better picture of the screen behind Suzan.

"Can you move Suzan, I'm trying to watch TV here." Nick demanded out loud, which caused Suzan to growl in annoyance and stomp her foot.

"Fine, if this is how I'm going to be treated for clearly saving our butts. I'm leaving... I have studies to take care of." Before Creg or Josh could stop her, Suzan used her poison shapeshifting abilities to vanish from the room. Creg attempted to go outside to find her, but there was no luck. Josh sighed with disappointment, looking over toward Nick.

"Thanks a lot Nick..." This instantly caught Nick's attention as he looked over to Josh.

"What?! What did I do? I was just trying-." Josh walked over to the TV and turned it off. Josh's expression shows frustration with him.

"Can you stop being lazy and help us for once?" Josh demanded.

Nick stood up from the couch, "I am helping, what do you mean?"

"No, you're not. You're just sitting around and using my damn TV. You're part of this group too, and I need you to be paying attention." Nick rolled his eyes, "Don't give me that look."

"Come on Josh, what do you want from me man? I'm giving you the best that I can give you." Nick said, but Josh doesn't believe him.

"Really? So sitting around is the best you're giving us? You're supposed to be taking this situation more seriously other than using my house as an excuse of getting out of you're fucking parent grounding problem." This made Nick speechless, staring up at Josh in both frustration and confusion.

"If that's what you think I'm doing, then fine." Nick turns around and grabs his coat, before beginning to head toward the front door.

"Woah, Nick. Where the hell are you going?" Josh asked, yelling over to him.

Nick turns around and looks back toward him, "You're right, I'm going home." Before Josh could stop him, he vanishes in a flash of speed past Creg and out the door. Creg looks back over to Josh in confusion then outside. Creg sighs as he closes the front door finally. Angie gets up from the couch and looks at Josh. Her expression shows worry and empathy.

"I know this Forgener thing is stressing you out, but could you possibly not bring it out on all of us?" Angie said, but Josh didn't reply. As Angie continues to stare at Josh for a few more seconds, she eventually decides to head upstairs to her bedroom. Creg stares at Josh for a bit, incapable of speaking any words out. Eventually, Josh looked up to Creg as he noticed that the sun was beginning to go down outside.

"You should probably head home, it's getting dark." Creg looked over to the window, then nodded with a small sigh.

"Yeah, you're probably right." Creg replied. Josh remained standing where he was, looking down toward the floor with thoughts raging through his mind. Regrets and emotions fill him. Creg looked back toward Josh again, "Will you be okay?"

Josh didn't say anything, but he did return a small nod. Creg turned toward the door, opening it as he began to leave. He looked back toward Josh one last time, watching as Josh sat down onto the couch. Josh not glancing over to Creg once as he does. Creg sighed as he began to walk out and head back home. When Creg left, Josh looked up toward the TV that was off. He began thinking about the situation between him and Nick, as well as him and Suzan. Feeling as though he did the wrong thing.

Eventually, Josh looked over toward the office and got an idea. He stood back up to his feet as he began walking toward the room. As he walked inside, he took a few items from the desk. Then, he began making his way out of the house. He turned off all the lights in the house, before leaving. As soon as he left the house, he locked all the doors and began walking in a random direction in the city. His thoughts filled his head as he walked away from his house. Not knowing where he was heading, but he knew it would help clear his mind.

When the next morning arrived, Angie walked downstairs to no sight of Josh anywhere. She thought for a second that Josh was still sleeping upstairs. So, she decides to walk into the kitchen and begin cooking breakfast. As she cooks, she notices that something was off. The house was oddly very quiet. When Angie finishes cooking, she heads upstairs toward Josh's bedroom to investigate.

As soon as she opened the door to Josh's bedroom. The bedroom was completely void of any life inside. The bed wasn't made and the room was left untouched. Angie gets slightly confused, beginning to search around the house for Josh. Searching through all of the bedrooms and bathroom in hopes of finding him. Sadly, when she finishes searching. She comes out empty handed.

That's when a knock at the front door made her stop what she was doing. She rushes downstairs and opens the door, expecting Josh to be standing outside. To her disappointment, Creg replaced her expectations. Angie sighed, "Oh, hey Creg."

Creg instantly gets confused, "What's wrong?" He asks her as he walks inside.

Angie closes the door behind Creg, "Josh isn't home. I can't find him anywhere." This makes Creg worried, turning back to face her.

"What do you mean he isn't home?" Angie shrugs as she begins to show Creg, Josh's bedroom completely void of Josh's presence. When Creg's eyes feast upon Josh's empty bedroom, he grows worried. Beginning to search around the house along with Angie, in hopes that Angie didn't miss anything. Sadly, by the time they come back together in the living room. They both shake their heads in failure of the search.

"Maybe you can call him?" When Angie mentions that, it makes Creg take out his phone and call Josh's phone number. Instantly, a ring begins to erupt from the office. Both Creg and Angie look toward the office. Creg walks slowly toward the office, while Angie remains in the kitchen. Almost giving up as she begins to place the food onto the plates.

When Creg found Josh's phone, it was sitting within the cabinet of the office desk. Creg stopped calling the phone and walked back over to the kitchen. "Did he say anything about where he was going before he left?"

Angie shook her head, "He didn't say anything to me, what about you?"

"I was the last person left in the room, but he just told me to head home since it was getting late." Creg said, "I was hoping maybe he told you something before going to sleep last night."

Angie thinks for a second, before looking up to Creg. "Actually, what if he left last night?"

Creg was slightly confused, but believed the question might be true. Although, he was curious about more context. "Explain?"

Angie shruggs, but does state one thing. "I heard a door open and close last night. Though, I thought it was just one of you guys. Now, I'm thinking it was Josh who left."

Creg nods agreeing, "The only question left is, where?" Angie shrugs and sighs with uncertainty. Creg looks down at the breakfast place sitting on the counter. He then looked back up to Angie when he noticed the time on the clock. "Shit! I'm going to be late for school." Angie looks back toward the clock, then toward Creg.

"Wait, what about Josh?" She yells toward him as Creg begins to leave.

Creg then stops, looks back toward Angie. "Wait, that got me an idea. Maybe he'll be at school today." Angie crosses her fingers in hopes.

"Oh!" Although, Angie asks Creg one last question. "But wait, what if he isn't?"

"Then, I suppose we'll have to search for him after school. Let's just cross our fingers and hope he's there today." Angie nods as she watches Creg leave. Angie stares at the front door in both confusion and disbelief. Unsure what to feel at the given moment. Eventually, she looks down toward the breakfast food sitting on the counter. She takes both of the plates and proceeds to eat them at the dining table. Feeling lonely and worried about Josh with each second. Although, she continues to keep her hopes up that Josh is at school.

~ ~ ~

When Creg arrived at the school, he searched everywhere he could for Josh. Sadly, he only came empty handed. Eventually, he went along with his day with a disappointed sigh. However, as he continued along with his day. He spotted Suzan heading inside the school building while on the field. He rushes toward Suzan in the middle of the game.

Suzan instantly notices Creg and stops him from coming any closer. "What do you want?" She asks with slight annoyance and impatience.

"Josh is missing, have you seen him anywhere?" Creg asks her, but Suzan shakes her head.

"Why would I know?" Suzan asks like Creg was an idiot. "I don't know him well enough to care."

Creg gets in front of her to prevent her from going inside. "Look, I know he wasn't himself last night, same with me. It's just that, we don't fully understand what this guy can do. We don't want to risk making a stronger person."

"So, you're saying it's my fault?" Creg shakes his head.

"Absolutely not, it was our fault for not telling you more about him." Suzan doesn't reply this time, allowing Creg to continue. "I'm sorry how we acted, it's just a stressful situation."

Suzan sighed as she scratched her head, before looking back up to Creg. "Look, I don't want to talk about it right now." She looks around the area, giving the sign that they were in public and that the topic should remain private. "But..." She stops herself, thinking before speaking for a second. "If I find Josh, I'll tell you." This made Creg slightly smile, getting out of the way of Suzan to let her through.

"Thanks, will you come back tonight? Or are you too focused on your studies?" Creg asked jokingly.

Suzan growled in slight annoyance, walking through the door and glancing back to Creg before disappearing on the other side. Creg stood where he was, staring at the door before rushing back to the field with the others.

When school ended, Creg wasn't able to find Suzan anywhere. He looked everywhere through the crowd of students, but there was no sign of Suzan anywhere. After several minutes of searching, he eventually gave up and began heading back to Josh's house. He knew Angie was going to be disappointed to hear the bad news of him incapable of finding Josh anywhere.

While Creg started heading home, Suzan sneaked away toward her house. She constantly looked back and around her, ensuring that neither Creg or the others were following her. When she discovered she was alone, she stopped searching around and focused in front of her. Giving a sigh of relief as she walked down the sidewalk.

When Suzan arrived home, she looked around before heading inside. Upon walking through the front door, she heard a loud song playing through a radio in the living room. She groaned quietly as she quietly but rushingly headed to her room. Attempting to not get caught. However, despite sneaking past the living room and about to walk into her bedroom. A familiar voice caught her off guard and caused her to stop in her tracks. "Finally, you're home."

It was a man in his mid-twenties, resembling Suzan's older brother. "I was hoping you wouldn't stay over some little boy's house for the night." The older brother was wearing a button-up shirt that was unbuttoned, revealing his chest. He also wore jeans and a knuckle bracelet on his fist, while carrying a cigar in one of his hands. "If you did, then I would've had to give that little brat a talk."

Suzan refused to say anything, staring at her older brother standing in the kitchen beside the oven. His eyes showed rage and annoyance, as though Suzan's simple presence was annoying him. As Suzan nervously shaked in her place, the older brother waved his arm. Giving Suzan the "ok" to head to her bedroom. "Now, may you be a good sister and cook up some dinner. Don't keep me waiting..." The older brother took the cigar and placed it into an ashtray as he walked into the living room.

As he walked past her, Suzan could smell the scent of smoke from his body. It sickened her, but she took this moment to start rushing to her bedroom quickly. When she got to her bedroom, she placed her backpack onto her bed and sighed with relief. She sat down onto her bed and quickly took out her phone and headphones. She looked down to her phone screen and tapped in music, while placing headphones into her ears.

When the music started playing, she closed her eyes and laid back onto her bed. While her eyes closed and she faced the ceiling from her bed. She began dreaming about how poison would help her out of the situation between her and her big brother. It would finally release her from his grasps of control and irritation. While she continues to day dream, she eventually hears a bang on the door from her brother. His voice was heard over the music, "Hey! Hurry up, I'm starving here."

Suzan growls as she turns up the music a bit to overshadow his voice. Her eyes opened as she looked over to the door of her bedroom. She watched it, worried that he would burst in without her permission, and possibly even abuse her like he always does. However, the door never bursts open. Instead, she continues to hear the voice and banging from her brother continue. She could still barely make out the words from him, "Don't make me come in and force you to start cooking!" He yelled, making her feel tears come into her eyes.

She wished that her parents were home to take care of them. Sadly, she knew this would never happen. After her parents died on the cruise for vacation, her brother was left to take care of her. It was horrible, as the brother blamed her for their death. As though she should've stopped them from leaving. Although, Suzan had no power or control to stop them. It was their decision to leave them at the house. Besides, she doesn't blame them for going on vacation. They were both horrible kids to deal with after all.

Suzan's thoughts were once again interrupted. Although, this time it was different. Instead of her brother yelling and banging on the door. It was a loud yell from her brother that made her confused. "Wait a minute, who the fuck are you? And what are you doing in our house?!" The brother cried out, before a barely audible noise stopped her brother from further speaking. It was strange enough that it made Suzan take out one of her headphones from her ear.

She examined the door once again, listening closely while pausing the song. She listened closely to any further noises occuring, but nothing came up. It was strange enough that her brother hadn't even bursted through the door like normal. She still hoped each day that the door would get stronger with each burst. Though, it never stopped him from coming in. This time was different, and it made her worried that something bad just happened.

It was bad enough that it made her curious to check it out. She took out the last headphone out of her ear, continuing to stare at the door as she got up from the bed. She cautiously approaches the door, slightly shaking and feeling worried about what's going to happen when she opens it. When she touched the doorknob and turned it, slowly opening the door. She cried out into the hallway, "Brother?" No reply was heard, neither did the music from the radio play anymore.

She waited a second, hoping an answer would come through. Although, nothing comes back. This instantly caused her to open the door wider and begin to examine the house. She calls out again but louder, "Big bro?" Once again, no reply was heard from anywhere inside the house. She begins searching the house, including her brother's bedroom, but no sign of him was seen anywhere. When she came out empty handed, she yelled out again in complete worry. "Brother?!"

As usual, no reply was heard from the familiar voice. Although, one thing did catch her attention after speaking. It was a dark and threatening voice, a kind of voice that instantly made her stop in her tracks. It shook her to her core as she stared toward the front door. She was about to take a step back, when the front door slowly opened up. Her eyes widened as the familiar appearance of the Forgener stepped through the door. Not only that, but the blood spots on him shocked her.

"Wh-What did you do to my brother?!" She cried out in terror.

As Forgener stepped foot into the house, his familiar eyes looked onto her with a large grin. Forgener stood in front of her with a creepy aurora. The aurora surrounding the Forgener was dark, making him out to have red glowing eyes with a demon overshadowing over his real appearance. As she stared up at the Forgener, she was beginning to struggle to speak. She took another step back, but was caught off guard again when Forgener's arm formed into metal.

Forgener instantly grabs Suzan's leg and pulls her closer to him. Right as he was about to attempt to kill her. Suzan's body completely changes into a poison gas, allowing her to escape his grasp. She reforms her body a few feet away and looks toward Forgener with rage and annoyance. This time, wearing the same outfit she is normally seen in. A gothic dress with a necklace hanging off her neck resembling an upside down cross.

As Suzan looked up toward Forgener, her eyebrows lowered into an annoying expression. "Nice try, you're going to have to try harder than that." Suzan begins using her poison gas to shoot toward Forgener's direction. The poison hits Forgener and surrounds him. Although, something was different from Forgener's reaction to the poison that surprised Suzan.

Forgener wasn't being affected by the poison, instead he stood still where he was. Staring straight into Suzan's eyes with the same scary aurora. Forgener eventually uses his metal fist to smash into the floor. This causes the house to shake, stopping Suzan from using poison. While Suzan struggles to balance herself, Forgener appears quickly behind her and grabs her neck, before pulling her into the floor.

Suzan quickly reacts by reforming her body into poison gas again. Forgener watches as the gas moves around the room, before eventually starting to move toward the nearest open window. Forgener quickly appears over by the window and closes it. The poison gas stops and attempts to search throughout the house. However, no matter where the gas moves, Forgener follows closely behind. When Suzan realized she was trapped, she reappears and attempts to use more poison onto Forgener.

This time, she attempts to push and attempt to kill Forgener. Forgener continues to stand where he is, not affected by the poison. Eventually, Forgener runs toward her and tackles her into the floor. Suzan was about to shapeshift into the poison gas again, but failed when Forgener slammed her head into the ground. This knocks her out instantly, with the last thing she saw was pure darkness. Forgener looks at her for a second, before wrapping her body around his shoulder.

Forgener begins heading back toward the front door of the house. Right as he was about to open the front door, the door gets knocked off the hinges. Forgener stares out the open door, confused. That's when he noticed that it was Creg standing at the doorway. Creg's expression showing annoyance. "You go after our friends, I go after you. Now, let her go before I make you."

Creg took another step closer, intimidating the Forgener slightly. However, the Forgener kept his position still as he watched Creg move closer. His expression remained the same. Creg decided to take this moment to change his entire body into metal. Right as he does this, he moves into attack. He throws his fist toward Forgener, but Forgener quickly dodges out of the way. Using the arm and fist Forgener had changed into metal to throw a punch into Creg's waist.

Creg felt as the Forgener punched his waist, making him forward in pain. Though, he quickly moves his leg over to trip Forgener face forward as he attempts to get past him. Forgener almost drops Suzan onto the floor, but keeps her wrapped around his shoulder. Forgener keeps his balance and almost gets through the door of the house. By the time Forgener was about to go through the doorway, he stopped. It was as though Forgener was frozen solid.

Creg slowly pushes himself back to his feet, looking over to Forgener. His expression turned to confusion as he stared. Creg started to slowly walk up to Forgener, but stopped before he got too close. He refused to move another muscle, in case Forgener attempted to hurt him. However, another voice was heard from outside. This time, it came from someone Creg knew the origin of. "Creg, hurry. I can only hold him for so long..."

Creg knew that the voice was coming from Josh. The best friend he was trying to search all day for. Now, he was standing outside conveniently. Creg took this moment and chance to grab Suzan from Forgener's grasp and take several steps away. He kept Suzan over his shoulders as he made his way toward the back door of the house. Right as he was about to rush through the back door. He heard Josh's voice vibrate through the house. "Run! He's coming after you!"

Creg punched through the backdoor, almost taking it off its hinges as he ran outside. Josh was immediately seen running around the house, pointing toward behind Creg. "Go! Go! Go!" Josh waved his hand toward him to direct Creg toward him. Creg instead decided to take Suzan and throw her toward Josh to catch her. Luckily, Josh succeeds and catches Suzan into his grasp. While doing so, Creg turns his body with another punch behind him.

As Creg turned around, he saw Forgener about to punch Creg as well. Only this time, both of the fists were about to come in contact with each other. The second that the two hit each other, a loud and large shockwave erupted from them. Causing both Forgener and Creg to be knocked several feet away from each other. Creg and Forgener landed on their backs, but Creg quickly stood back up as he did.

Josh held Suzan in his arms as he hands her back to him. Creg once again places Suzan over his shoulder. Before they knew it, they begin running from the scene that portrayed. Creg constantly looked over his shoulder, worried that Forgener was following them. However, the only thing that Creg saw was the empty house. No taken over by Forgener for his own base. Creg was frightened to return, knowing that Forgener had a part of his own powers.

By the time that they arrived back at Josh's house, they started panting. Creg held Suzan over his shoulder, but didn't show any sign of exhaustion from the run. Josh struggled to breathe for a second as he looked backwards. Neither of them noticed Forgener following them, giving them a good sign. Josh sighed as he looked over to Creg. He watched as Angie rushed through the front door and grew a surprised expression.

"Oh my gosh! What happened?!" Creg took Suzan off his shoulders, Angie and him helped to wake her up. When Suzan woke up, her eyes widened as she questioned where she was. Angie looked up to Creg and Josh, "I'll take her inside..." When her eyes fell onto Josh, she grew relieved. "And thank gosh you came home. I thought something happened to you." Angie rushed inside along with Suzan.

Neither Creg or Josh followed her inside. Instead, Creg slowly turned toward Josh with both, a worried and confused expression. "Where the hell did you go? You didn't come to school today."

"Actually, I did. I just camouflaged myself from you." Josh admitted, which slightly frustrated Creg.

"What? Why? So, you just violated one of the rules." Creg said with annoyance.

Although, Josh didn't show any sign of care. "I was doing it because I needed fresh air for a while. Hope you can understand..."

Creg shook his head, "What the hell has gotten into you? You can't just use your powers on others without their permission."

Josh rolled his eyes, "Well, I just did. It helped me feel calm and relaxed, wouldn't you do the same?"

"Then why didn't you tell us? We would've understood your decision." Creg asked, but Josh shook his head as a response.

"From the fight last night, I don't think it will." Josh admitted, but Creg growled in annoyance. "Besides, I was wrong about what I said to Suzan and Nick. I shouldn't have been such an asshole."

Creg started listening to the words Josh was saying. "Forgener has been making me obsessed, I know it is. I just can't keep letting him terrify civilians or threaten any of us." Creg nodded shortly afterwards, sighing to himself.

"Well, I'm not the one who needs to hear that. I think you should tell Nick and Suzan that." This made Josh remember Nick's situation.

"Oh yeah, I should do that." Josh turns around and begins to head toward Nick's house. This made Creg step in and stop him.

"Woah, what are you doing? You should probably check in with Angie and Suzan before going out without saying a word." Creg mentions, but Josh places a hand on his shoulder comfortingly.

"I'm not leaving this time, it was my mistake I did that. But come, let's go get Nick. We can put a stop to Forgener if we stand up to him this time. I think I know how." Josh says, before walking past Creg and toward Nick's house. Creg took a second to think to himself, before shaking his head in annoyance and catching up with Josh.

As Josh and Creg started heading toward Nick's house. Creg caught up with Josh and begun asking a few questions in curiosity. "Josh, I feel like Forgener purposefully targeted Suzan. Do you think he'll do the same for the rest of us?"

"I believe so, and I believe he'll eventually overpower us." Creg nodded his head in response. "I think we should stay together from now on, in case he comes back." Josh said a minute later. "If we don't stop him soon, I fear he will kill us."

That's when Creg's thoughts returned back to Suzan and Forgener. He saw how Forgener was carrying Suzan over his shoulder. He was beginning to get a strange feeling that Forgener wasn't actually planning to kill them. After thinking about this, he eventually stopped walking as he stared down to the floor. The thought remained in his head as he spoke Josh's name. Josh stopped as a response and looked back towards him confused.

"Now that I think about it, I don't think he's trying to kill us." When Creg mentioned this, Josh's eyes and mouth opened wide in confusion. "He was carrying Suzan around his shoulder..."

Josh stopped him, "You are about to go in the right direction, but I don't think it's what you think. He was possibly taking her to a far away location to kill her."

Creg started thinking of the possibility for a second, then slightly nodded. "In a way, I believe that could be a reason." Creg looked back up into Josh's eyes. "But I seriously believe something else is amise." Josh didn't reply this time, but he continued to keep his gaze upon Creg. After a few minutes, they continue walking toward Nick's house. When they walked up the driveway of Nick's garage, they noticed a quick flash past by.

Josh instantly recognized the origins and spoke out loud, "Nick?! Is that you?" No response returned besides the front door of the house closing. Josh and Creg begin walking up to the front door of the house. Josh reaches his arm up to the door as they walk up to it, about to knock on it. Right as Josh first got in contact with the door, Josh yelled out. "Nick? Hello?" No response was heard again, besides the wind brushing past their hair.

Josh slowly looked over to Josh, taking a step back. Creg stepped in front of Josh and reached his hand down to the doorknob. However, the door suddenly opened by a familiar voice of a woman. That's when Creg and Josh realized the origin of the voice. It was Nick's mother, but her expression and clothing only showed a tired mother. Her expression didn't show anger or annoyance, only exhaustion. As though she was tired of life.

Nick's mother spoke in a tone of exhaustion and respect, like she was expecting their visit. "Oh, Creg and Josh. I know you are here for Nick so I won't stop you." She mentions, opening the door outwards. "I've grown tired of keeping up with him so come on in." When she mentions this, Creg walks inside followed by Josh behind him. As Creg looked around the room they found themselves in, the mother began heading to the kitchen. "If you can, can you please tell Nick to come talk to me. He hasn't come to dinner since he came home the other day."

As soon as the mother mentioned this, Creg and Josh looked at each other before beginning to make their way to Nick's bedroom. Creg kept Josh protected as he defensively remained in front lines. Creg slowly opened the door of Nick's bedroom. As the door revealed the bedroom on the other side, Nick was seen on his desk. However, as Creg and Josh looked at Nick. They noticed that Nick's hands were quickly moving through papers and the pen.

Josh walked past Creg and walked into the center of the room, "Nick?"

As soon as Josh mentioned his name, Nick didn't move but replied almost immediately. "What do you guys want? Can't you see I'm busy here?" After Nick finished speaking, he moved over to his bed and grabbed a small game boy from on top of the bed. "Of course, sometimes you need breaks." Nick said shortly after.

Josh scratched his forehead as he looked back toward Creg. He only gave out a shrug as Josh looked back toward Nick. Who almost instantly vanished and reappeared behind both of them with a bag of chips in his hands. Nick ate a chip from inside the bag and Josh sighed. "Nick, I want to say I'm sorry about what I said to you..."

Before Josh could continue, Nick reappeared over to his desk without the bag of chips. This time, Nick was sitting on the chair in a patient pose. "Oh, don't worry. You were right about what you said." Nick responded with a slight annoyed tone. "I've been more busy in my room since you said I was lazy." Josh sighed with shame, but before he could speak again. Nick's arm and body moved almost in a flash with a binder with loads of papers and homework. Josh could tell the large quantity of actual attempted work on the pieces of paper.

"Nick, I feel like what I said was more hurtful than anything... I-." Once again, Nick stopped him from continuing.

"I already know this is an apology and it's fine..." Nick said with slight assurance. "It's totally fine..."

Josh sighed with sadness, "I can already tell that it's not fine." Josh mentioned, "Are you just saying that?" Nick shook his head with a serious expression. As though Nick was telling the truth, almost like Josh's words refreshed Nick's mind to make a new version of Nick. He was looking at the serious aurora of Nick when he wasn't entirely thrilled. "Are you sure? Because I am being honest when I say, what I said was not me..."

Nick stopped him again, but didn't say anything afterwards. While Nick looks around the room and down to the floor, he quietly thinks to himself. As he does, Josh looks over to Creg with confusion. Nick speaks after a few minutes of silence, "Okay..." This only left Creg and Josh confused.

"Okay?" Nick stood up from the chair and looked Josh and Creg in the eyes.

"I accept the apology..." Nick admits, leaving Josh to sigh with relief. Nick then continues, "With one condition, you have to do all of my owned homework."

Creg and Josh both stepped in almost at the same time, "Wait what?" Josh said with slight annoyance.

"For an apology?" Creg said at the same time along with Josh. "Why a condition for an apology?"

"You don't accept, then I won't go with you guys." Josh was staring at Nick with complete annoyance. As Josh paced around the room, he eventually decided to accept the condition.

"Fine..." Josh reaches his hand out to Nick, who accepts to shake his hand. Creg looks over to Josh with complete frustration with his decision.

"What the heck Josh?!" Creg said out loud.

Luckily, Josh responded as he looked back up to his trustworthy friend Creg. "It's okay, it's just paper anyway." Nick grew a slight grin, before vanishing and reappearing behind Creg at the doorway. This time, Nick was wearing his superhero outfit. Nick had his fists to his waist as he nodded with a huge grin on his face. Josh rolled his eyes as he began to follow Nick out of the house. Creg followed closely behind, unable to say anything because of the agreement just made. The three of them start heading back to the hideout as the day gets closer to night with each second going by.

When Josh, Creg and Nick returned back to Josh's house. Angie opened the front door and greeted them outside. Behind her, stood Suzan who was fully awake. Josh looked at them both for a second and gulped. However, Suzan's expression changed to empathy. Angie looked over to Suzan, who walked up to Josh and reached out her hand towards him. Josh looked down to her hand, then back into her eyes.

Suzan spoke shortly afterwards once their eyes met, "I forgive you from last night." When she mentioned this, Josh slightly smiled as he agreed to shake her hand. Angie smiled as she watched them. Once they finish, the three of them head inside after looking at each other. Angie closes the front door as they walk inside. Josh heads into the office and begins setting up a plan. Creg enters the room while Nick walks in and sits in a chair.

While Suzan sits beside Nick, Angie looks at Josh. "What are you doing?"

Josh stopped himself and looked up to Angie, then over to the others. "Well, while I was taking time for myself. I got an idea on how to stop Forgener." This causes the room to shift their attention up to Josh directly. Josh cleared his throat while Josh prepared himself to speak. Creg closes the office door and begins heading over to his seat. Angie remains by the door, staring up at Josh.

Josh finally begins speaking once everyone is situated. "So, as you guy's know. Forgener has the ability to adapt and grow more resistant and powerful."

"I think that has come pretty clear by now, Josh."

Josh nods, "I know, but what we didn't know. Was that even his adaptivity powers have limits."

"What do you mean?" Suzan asks, confused.

"Forgener can only adapt once for each cause." This leaves the room speechless, letting Josh to continue. "For example, Creg." Josh looks over to Creg as he continues, "He grew the ability to use you're metal powers, correct?" Creg nods. "Well, that means Forgener is stuck with only you're kind of power."

Angie stops Josh, "Wait, I'm confused. Use a different example."

"Sorry, what I'm trying to say. Is that when you grow the ability to be resistant to, let's say one thousand degrees. You aren't necessarily resistant to hotter than that hot. What's better is that he can't grow more resistant than how resistant he is." The room continued to be speechless with confused expressions, showing that nobody understands.

Josh raises his hands, "Let me rephrase." Josh cleared his throat again and began to think of a simpler explanation. "Okay, I guess what I'm trying to say is. He has a limit to how many times he can adapt to a specific cause of death." The room continued to not speak, continuing to show confusion in their expressions. Josh sighed, "Okay, let me move on to the next weakness."

Angie stops him for a second, "Wait, how many weaknesses did you find?"

Josh looked over to her, "Well for now, I found only two." Angie nodded as her eyes wandered toward the front window. "As for his other weakness is his incapability to use multiple powers at the same time. With the only exception being things like being immune to chemicals like poison."

"That's good, that means we just need to overwhelm him then?" Suzan asks, but Josh shakes his head.

"Nope, that can still allow him to adapt." Josh responds. "To stop him, is actually my next topic I wanted to get into." Josh says. "My idea is that we need to use our powers to the fullest. In order to bring Forgener to justice."

Angie interrupts with a question, "There's no way to kill him?"

"So far, I haven't found any significant weakness that would permanently kill him. Especially considering his death, isn't actually him dying." Josh informs Angie.

"The only solution that I can find is putting him behind bars in the most restrictive cell possible." When Josh says this, Nick speaks up.

"That's going to be hard, considering he's gained the ability to be immune to shields, immune to suffocation, immune to poison from Suzan, and Creg's metal powers."

"Not precisely." Josh says as he slightly grins. "There's quite a few things he can't do. For example, he can't become immune to telepathy. If he could, he would've been able to block my telepathy by now." Josh informs them, "Which means that I can use my telepathy to lure him toward a prison. The only thing we need to do is get in contact with a special government agent who is closely observing the case on Forgener."

"Who'd that be?" Angie asks, making Josh grin as his eyes look over to her. An image appears into all five of their minds from Josh's telepathic abilities. The image revealed an FBI agent, containing no mustache, but was white with black hair and green eyes, and wearing sunglasses. "Reggie Goodman."

~ ~ ~

Inside the FBI headquarters, Reggie was seen at his desk going through papers. Each paper revealed the news of the Forgener's strikes. Reggie had his coffee on the desk beside him as he closely observed and read the text on each news article. He eventually popped a cigar into his mouth, putting the papers together. As soon as he placed the news articles back onto the desk, a voice was heard. It was Reggie's boss, calling for him.

Reggie stood up from his desk and began walking toward his boss's office. As soon as he opened the door to the office, his eyes laid onto a familiar face sitting across from his boss. It was Josh, looking over to Reggie with a large smile. "Ah, Reggie! I believe you know Josh by now. He's a star on the news by this point after all. He wants to talk to you about something important. I hope it's good."

Josh stood up from his chair and greeted Reggie with a handshake. Reggie was slightly surprised and confused by Josh's appearance. "Nice to meet you Reggie." Josh says with a large smile on his face. Reggie nodded in response, but didn't say anything.

"Josh, I wasn't expecting someone like you to come in."

Josh nodded, "Let's talk in private, then I'll go into detail about why I'm here." Reggie shortly nodded, then proceeded to show Josh to his desk. When they both sat down in Reggie's office. Josh instantly starts speaking to him, "Reggie, the reason I'm here is simple. I know you're associated with the case of Forgener, am I correct?"

Reggie was surprised by this for a second, but nodded. "Yes, how did you know that? That kind of knowledge isn't necessarily public."

Josh grinned and slightly chuckled, "I can talk about that later. What's important is that I need your help." This makes Reggie focus his entire attention onto Josh, looking deep into Josh's eyes. "I've been dealing with the Forgener for a while now, and I believe if we work together, We can capture Forgener and place him into prison."

Reggie was incapable of speaking for a while, staring at Josh while his hand held up his head and mouth. "How do you believe you can do that?" Josh hands Reggie a folder filled with papers inside. Reggie takes the folder and opens it up, beginning to look through it. "I believe with our teamwork, and your budget. We can finally deal with that bastard once and for all."

Once Reggie finishes reading, he looks up toward Josh with an expression of disbelief. As though he doesn't believe what was presented in the papers. "I think you're going to have to present me with more than just papers." When Reggie says this, Josh decides to tap into his mind. Right as he does, Josh begins to present voices into Reggie's mind. The voices were that of co-workers nearby, including Josh's.

"Is this good enough?" Josh says inside the mind of Reggie. Making Reggie slightly freak out as he looks around himself. When the voices disappear, Reggie looks at Josh in the eyes. "I'm a telepath, was that good enough evidence to help me and my friends put him away?"

Reggie takes a second to think to himself, before eventually nodding. "I think you just got yourself a deal. I'll help you, as long as you give me more information on how to capture him." Josh smiles once Reggie says this, nodding as an agreement to Reggie.

The five friends stood in front of the house as a black van parked along the curve. Josh takes a step out from the passenger side, along with Reggie getting out from the driver side. As soon as Reggie looks over, he notices how young the others were. Reggie takes a few steps closer to them, examining each of them. "You're all kids."

"More like teenagers." Creg corrects him.

"It doesn't matter about our age, what matters here is that we want to help. However way we can." Josh mentions, looking over to Reggie. "Anyway, let me begin the plan now." Josh clears his throat. "First off, Forgener isn't a easy target to take down. Which is why we need you to get your most secure prison you guys can offer."

Reggie thinks for a second, before speaking. "Well, the best prison that I can think of that would be capable of holding such a powerful villain. Would probably be the ADX Florence prison."

Josh shook his head in disapproval, "You are going to need better than that."

Reggie gets confused, "I'm sorry, but what would you suggest?"

Josh thinks for a minute, then looks up to Reggie. "Well, first off you're going to need a cell that can withstand high pressure of force-."

Reggie stops him, "I think we can handle that ourselves. As long as we get him in custody, we should be good to go."

"You sure? Because once he's off our hands, you'll need to find a way to fight him off when he attacks." Reggie nods in agreement.

"I know, but we can learn and understand more about him with each mistake. If he causes any trouble, we'll contact you to retrieve him." Josh nods in agreement, before looking over to the others.

"Alright, then I suppose I should begin the plan. It's quite simple actually..." Josh prepares himself, then begins speaking once more. "All we gotta do is knock him out, not kill him. Will be difficult to tell the difference, but I'm sure we can accomplish it."

Reggie looked at the others, "I'll get in contact with the rest of my men and prepare them to capture him. I've already got them and my boss to agree to help." Josh nodded, which Reggie started heading back to his van and began heading out of the area. Josh watched Reggie leave while the others distance themselves from each other. When Reggie left the area, Josh looked back to Creg and the others.

"This isn't going to be easy you know?" Josh admits, which Creg nodded. "I don't suppose you know an easy route to take with this?" Josh asked, which Creg stopped and thought for a second. He looked at Josh in the eyes after getting an idea.

"How about Nick trying that technique of holding him with a rope again. Angie can use her shield abilities to keep me inside with him. So, if he does escape from the rope. At least there is another layer left to go through." Josh was surprised to hear that part.

"Wait, you and him in the shield? You can't be serious, he will kill you!" When Josh said this, Creg shook his head.

"He may have my power, but he doesn't understand it just as much as I do. Which means, I'll have to go full out on him." Creg changes his entire body into metal, looking down at Josh with a serious expression. Josh was incapable of speaking for the longest of time, but he decided to accept the plan regardless. Josh looks back toward the street as he closes his eyes. He begins to search for the Forgener, in hopes of locating him.

As soon as he did, he noticed that the Forgener was located within the city. Josh planted his voice into the Forgener's mind.

“This is Josh, me and my friends would like to have a little chat by my house.”

When Josh planted the voice into the Forgener's mind, his attention drifted toward the direction of the group in the distance. When Josh felt the Forgener beginning to head toward them. He opened his eyes and spoke, "He's coming. . ."

Angie and Suzan prepared themselves quickly, getting deep breaths. Nick looked over to Creg, who was returning the look. "Once he arrives, I want you to get a rope and do the exact same thing you did before."

"Strap him and trap him, gotcha." Nick says, cracking his knuckles as he looks toward Josh and the street.

By the time that Forgener appeared, they noticed that he was riding a bike. Driving straight up the street and toward them. Right as Forgener got close enough, he stopped the bike and pushed the stand out to keep it up. Right as he got off the bike, he stood still beside the bike as he examined the group. Nick got himself ready, jumping up and down as his fists clench. Creg looked over to him and told him to stop moving, which Nick complied.

Josh looked into Forgener's eyes with contempt. Forgener only returned the look as his eyes gazed into Josh's. As the two looked into each other's eyes, Josh finally spoke after a minute. "I called you here because we wanted to talk to you one on one. This time, you can't escape." Forgener continued to stare into Josh's eyes. As though Forgener barely saw a person standing in front of him. It was as though Josh was just a machine, needed to be destroyed.

Forgener looked over to Nick, who was jumping up and down again in a ready stance. Creg looks back over to him, about to tell him to stop. That's when Forgener leaps toward Nick nearly instantly. Nick reacts in panic, vanishing from view as he begins running back into the house. Forgener attempts to follow but was too late. Creg dashes toward Forgener, attempting to stop his momentum. Luckily, when Creg impacted with Forgener, it causes Forgener to be pushed into the ground.

Forgener's arm turns into metal and yanks Creg into the ground, face first. Forgener gets up to his feet, but is caught off guard when Nick reappears in a flash. Rope appears almost instantly as Nick runs around him. Although, this was a fail when Forgener breaks free from the rope and punches into the ground with harsh force. The ground crumbled with a shake that made Nick lose his balance and pace. Making Nick fly through the air and roll across the ground.

Angie creates a shield around Forgener and Creg. Luckily, Creg was still awake despite the impact. He returns to his feet and gets behind Forgener, wrapping his arms around Forgener's neck. Creg pulls him backwards, toward the center of the shield. However, Forgener makes both of his arms metal and grabs Creg's arms. He squeezed harshly onto Creg's hands with as much force as possible. Pulling the arms off of Forgener's neck.

As Forgener successfully does this, he lets go and fully forms his entire body into pure metal. Forgener kicks Creg backwards into the shield. Nearly causing Angie to let go of the shield. As Creg captures his posture, Forgener walks up to the shield and attempts to break it open. Angie attempts to put more force into the shield, but Forgener successfully peels the shield apart. Until eventually the portal disappears and Forgener grabs Angie by the neck.

The squeeze was harsh as he pulled her up from the ground. Creg rushes in from behind, but Forgener uses his other arm to slash back at him. Once the impact struck Creg's face, he was pushed into ground again. Only this time, Forgener used his foot to pin him into the dirt. Forgener looked over to Suzan and Josh. The last remaining on their feet. Nick was behind Forgener, but was beginning to get up to his feet. Although, Forgener caught this in the corner of his eye and threw Angie back towards him.

Nick was able to catch Angie into his arms. While Forgener used his foot to kick Creg into Nick and Angie. Creg deformed his metal form as he impacted them both. The three of them grunted in pain as they attempted to understand what just happened. Forgener slowly directed his attention back to Josh and Suzan. Josh looked over to Suzan, slightly frightened by the aurora of Forgener. Josh took a step back while Suzan got in front of him.

This time, instead of using poison. Suzan decides to use the poison to create physical spears. She yanks both of the spears into Forgener's chest. Josh yells at her as she does so. "No! Stop!" Suzan ignores Josh as she creates a knife, before beginning to rush at him. Forgener quickly reacts by making his entire body into pure metal again, and pulls the spears out of his body. Before placing his entire hand into Suzan's face, blocking her view. She swung the knife into Forgener's direction, but never touched him.

Forgener then punched her, causing her to be knocked out instantly. Josh's heart started to pump faster as he watched Forgener's eyes looked into his. Josh lifted his hand up to his forehead as Forgener is about to walk up to him. "Don't do this, you will regret it." Attempting to threaten Forgener about his decision to attack Josh. Although, it doesn't work. Forgener continues to walk closer and closer to him. Josh takes two steps back as Forgener makes a step forward.

As Josh gets in contact with the curve, he decides to finally do it. He uses his telepathy to stop him in place. Josh felt the rage and emotions boiling inside Forgener's mind. He felt Forgener fighting back against his telepathy. He knew this moment wasn't going to last long. Josh's eyes looked over toward Creg and the others laying on the ground, not moving a muscle. "Creg! Get up!" Before Josh could use his telepathy to enter in Creg's mind. Forgener released himself from Josh's grasp of his telepathy.

Forgener reached out and before Josh knew it. He was being strangled by Forgener, lifted into the air. Josh struggled to breathe for a second, but attempted to use his telepathy to stop him. It worked for a second, but Forgener broke free only a second later. Josh felt as though he was going to die in Forgener's arms. It never came to happen though. Before Josh could past out from the lack of air. Something appeared in the corner of Josh's eyes. In fact, Forgener stopped strangling Josh and slowly looked over his shoulder.

Josh was eventually released from his grasps, making Josh fall to the ground. He gasped for air as he looked upwards. When his eyes met with a figure standing several feet away. He felt like he was saved. Because as soon as Josh noticed who the figure was. It made him realize that the figure was actually a familiar face. Someone that Suzan spoke of before.

Standing a few feet away in the middle of the street. Was a light brown teenager, half shaved head with a yellow and black suit. Behind him was a large portal, with a different scenery seen on the other side. Four other teenagers walked through. One of them, appearing to be the tallest, was white, same suit, but half shaven beard and could only be described to look similar to Suzan with the gothic look.

All of the teenagers stood beside each other, wearing the same outfits. As they looked up toward Forgener, the tall gothic teenager in the center spoke. His voice sounded slightly british. "We notice that you loved to cause pain to those like us. How about we switch the roles for once?" Forgener faced them fully, looking at all five of them. Forgener examined each of them for a few minutes, before he looked into the eyes of the teenager in the center of the group.

When Josh noticed that the teenager in the middle had earrings, he knew that he was named Drake. Now, he and his own friends were here to save their lives. Josh grew a large smile as he stared at them and Forgener. He was extremely relieved and happy to see them arrive. Now, Josh can finally meet them in person. He only felt more confident that they could win this time.

As Josh watched the five teenagers escape the portal behind them. A teenager who was shorter than the others, collapsed his fingers into a fist. Causing the portal behind them to collapse as well. The taller teenager in the middle looked straight into the Forgener's eyes with a serious expression. He spoke up after a minute of silence passed by. "You're going to have to deal with us first." He mentioned.

This made Forgener growl as he leaped toward them. Almost instantly, the group scattered before Forgener could successfully hit any of them. The same teenager who spoke rushed over beside Josh and helped him up to his feet. "You okay? We came as fast as we could." Josh took the teenager's hand and got up to his feet again.

When Josh looked back up to Forgener, he watched as one of the teenagers in the group with barely any clothes except with pants leaped out of a portal from the side. They yanked out what appeared to be a sharp object from their own body and slashed against Forgener. As the portal vanished and he hit Forgener. Another portal appeared behind the teen, backing up into the portal before vanishing through it.

Forgener quickly notices the tall teenager beside Josh. He almost instantly attempts to use his metal arm to hit him. Although, the teenager pushes Josh away as his entire body transforms into a solid ice. He dodges the attack and touches the metal arm, making it change into ice as well. Forgener struggles to move his arm, before the teenager quickly hits the frozen arm with his fist. Upon instantly the arm shattered into multiple shards of ice. Forgener screams in pain as he takes a step back.

Forgener looks down at his decapitated arm, a surprised expression turning into pure rage. Another teenager who was the second tallest, a woman in a fancy robe comes from behind. A large beam of light forms out of her hand, creating a sword before stabbing into Forgener's chest. The tip of the energy sword appeared on the other side of Forgener as she carefully lifted him into the air. Not before long, she slammed him into the ground in full force.

She kept the sword piercing through his body as the teenager beside Josh looked at him. "My name's Drake." He reached his hand out toward Josh in a greeting way. Josh quickly responded by accepting the hand greeting, shaking his head with respect.

"I know, thank you for coming." Josh responded, making Drake slightly surprised before returning to neutral. After the two greeted each other, Drake watched as two of the other teenagers came to the aid of Josh's fallen friends. Before Drake could continue speaking, the woman teenager yelled. Forgener returned to his feet and backed his entire body into the blade of the sword, before punching the teenager with his other arm. This made the female teenager get pushed back a few feet, the energy sword disappeared. Making Forgener get set free.

Drake turned to look back, but discovered that Forgener disappeared. Drake was left in awe as he looked around the area. However, there was no sign of Forgener anywhere nearby. Afterwards, Drake helped his friend back to her feet as he looked back toward Josh again. "I don't know how he did that, but we'll get him later." Josh nodded in response as his eyes wandered over to his friend beside him.

Josh's telepathy entered into the mind of everyone in the area. He quickly learned each of Drake's friend's names. The female teenager who was the second tallest that made the energy sword was named Christina. The teenager who was able to create the portals was named Steve. The teenager who was two inches shorter than Christina and could create sharp objects from his own body was named Rob.

Josh quickly learned of something about Rob as he searched into his mind. He found out that Rob had cancer. Not only that, but his powers were connected to the disease. This made Josh feel bad about Rob's condition, but he moved on to the others. The last remaining teenager who was helping Josh's friends was named Stephen. He discovered that Stephen had the ability to pick up objects like telekinesis.

Drake spoke again, making Josh lose his focus from his telepathy. "I suppose, I should introduce you to every-." Before Drake could finish, Josh interrupted him.

"Oh, don't worry. I already know everyone's names and what they could do." Josh said, making Drake's hands fall back down to his sides. As though he was about to point to everyone and say their names. Christina was surprised when she heard this, her eyes wandering over to Drake.

"Oh, right of course..." Drake said, but didn't finish speaking afterwards.

Josh looked over to the others, beginning to walk over to them. Luckily, his friends were alright. Stephen and Steve were introducing everyone to them. Josh noticed the mark on Suzan's face, the metal fist bruise from Forgener. He rushed over beside her and decided to check on her. Drake and Christina remained put as they introduced themselves to the others. "You okay Suzan? You got a red mark on your face."

Suzan looked at Josh in the eyes, then reached her hand up to her face. She could feel the bruise, making her shrug. "I think I'm okay." She admits.

Angie walks over beside her and decides to check the mark. Josh looks over to Drake and the others. Drake returned the look after a few seconds, giving him a slight smile. Josh walked over to Drake who quickly returned a serious expression. "How did you guy's know we were in trouble?" Josh asked Drake.

"Suzan sent us a message." Drake took out his phone and showed it to Josh. When Josh looked at the screen, and saw the white background message sent from the contact, Suzan. Josh read the message that Suzan sent, it read. "Help! Forgener's giving us a beating!" There was no message replied back, but Josh saw the timestamp. He realized that the message was sent barely after Forgener hit her in the face. Josh's expression went to shock as he looked over to Suzan.

He watched as Angie took her hand and walked with her back into the house. Supposedly to give medical aid to Suzan from the impact by Forgener. Creg and Nick were back to their feet, in a deep conversation with Rob, Stephen and Steve. Josh's expression slowly changed to a large smile. He never felt so relieved to have more than three people with powers to his side. He can officially feel like he is no longer alone in the world. It made him happy to feel this emotion.

Josh returned his attention back to Drake standing beside him, still looking at Josh. He started to think to himself about ideas to pursue. He soon thought of a good idea to tackle. Josh looked deep into Drake's eyes as he thought of the idea. "You know what? We may need your help."

"Oh? What's up?" Drake asked with curiosity.

"We are planning to get Forgener locked up for good. However, our plan was soiled when attempting to go against him with just the five of us." Josh started, "But since you guys are here, we may have a chance to get the upper hand on him."

"How exactly do you guys believe you'll be able to lock him up? He has the ability to transform into metal of all things." Drake asks.

"True, but I got in contact with an agent who believes they can lock him up in the most secure prison cell." Josh responds, "But in order to do it, we need to get him knocked out first."

Drake then looks over to Steve and Stephen. "Right... But I actually believe there is another way. We can use Steve's teleportation and Stephen's telekinesis to make the process much easier. So, we don't actually have to knock him out."

Josh nods, "Right, but I believe knocking him out is easier. So, once he gets released he can't escape that easily."

Drake shakes his head, "Not exactly..." Drake admits. "When we find him again, I'll show you what I'm thinking." Drake says, as his eyes wander over to Josh's house. Drake goes quiet for a minute as he thinks to himself. "I suppose before we start searching, we should group up first and think of a plan to go for."

Josh nods in agreement as he looks over to Creg and Nick. "Guys! Let's go inside." They heard him and nodded, before starting to head inside. Drake informs the others the same idea, all five of them begin following along. By the time Josh and Drake get through the front door. Josh looks outside and listens closely for any noise. Drake gets confused, but quickly understands what he's doing. Josh nods in his direction, allowing Drake to close and lock the door behind them.

The ten teenagers all stood within the living room, giving each other glances. Josh, Creg, Drake and Christina were in Josh's office. Josh showed Drake and Christina the room and their planning set up. Though, the conversation drifted away when Drake spoke up. "This is a cool set up and all, but what are we going to do about Forgener?"

This made Josh's expression change to a serious look as he looks back over to his computer. He types a few keys on the computer to bring up the screen for others to view. Josh turns around and looks back to Creg and Drake. "Alright, you guys suggested using teleportation to instantly bring him to the cell, right?" Josh asked the group.

Drake nodded in response, although Josh was in disagreement. "I think what we should keep in mind is his power to vanish instantly. We saw that happen not long ago." Josh continued, "In order for us to properly take him out. I believe the best option is knocking him out. Though, what do you think, Drake?"

Drake nodded, "Stephen and Steve will be the ones taking care of him. I believe they can properly jail him without any repercussions." Josh nodded, before looking over to Creg beside Drake.

"How about this then, if you believe Steve and Stephen can take him in without any issues. If something goes wrong, we remain on the sidelines ready." Drake nodded in response, but he mumbled something under his breath that was inaudible for either of them to hear.

Josh watched as Drake looked over to Christina, before dismissing themselves from the room. Josh looked over to Creg again, slightly concerned from the plan. When Drake and Christina left the room, Creg shared the same expression with Josh. It's not that Josh didn't believe it would work out. It's the fact that Forgener has only gotten more difficult for the five of them. Forgener has shown to be able to mysteriously disappear. That concern made Josh feel worried for both Steve and Stephen's safety. Possibly using that to his advantage to hurt either of them.

Drake announced in the other room to the others about the plan. Josh and Drake joined the living room shortly afterwards. When they finish announcing the plan to the other teammates, Josh and Drake look each other in the eyes. They nod toward each other in agreement about the plan. "You ready Josh? It's going to get ugly, real quickly." Drake asked, which Josh nodded in agreement.

That's when Nick raised his hand, interrupting everyone's attention from each other. Josh and Drake glanced at each other for a minute before looking at Nick. Josh called his name in confusion, "What's up Nick?"

Nick cleared his throat before speaking, "Before we do this plan, can I eat a snack?"

Drake shook his head, "We don't have time for that." Drake took Steve and Stephen out the front door and into the front lawn. Nick grunted in response with annoyance. Josh looked at everyone else in the living room, realizing that Christina and Nick were feeling uncomfortable. It was as though they didn't feel prepared enough to fight Forgener again in a short time period. Josh sighed and stood in front of the room, clearing his throat.

Right as Josh was about to speak, Nick vanished and reappeared in a blink of a eye. Appearing in the kitchen and grabbing something from the fridge, placing it into the microwave to heat it up. Josh sighs, "Nick, what are you doing? We don't even know if this is going to work."

Nick looks back toward the living room and Josh, "I know! But I'm starving." Josh decides to ignore Nick at this point, looking over to Christina. She sat on the couch with her arms crossed across her chest. Josh walks over to the couch and sits beside her.

"So, can I ask something about Drake?" Christina's attention turned to Josh.

"Hm?"

"He's the leader of your guy's group, correct?" Christina nods. "He seems to only focus on the power sets themselves."

Christina nods again in response, her eyes looking into Josh's. "Oh trust me, he does that a lot." Josh scratches the back of his neck as he looks back toward the door. Though Christina speaks again that makes Josh look back at her. "He doesn't usually talk to us like we're people. He only really focuses on the crime fighting itself."

"That doesn't sound like a good friend or leader to me." Christina nods again in agreement.

"Oh trust me, he can get aggressive if something goes wrong. You should see the aftermath." Josh begins to feel uncomfortable, he felt like he was making the wrong move. He wanted to help Drake, Steve and Stephen. Though, he knew that he made the promise for Drake. He didn't want to break that promise. He wanted to trust Drake, but Christina's history with Drake made him not want to. Josh's attention went back to the front door.

That's when the group heard the sounds of movement and banging outside. Forgener was there, and Drake was pursuing the plan as planned. Josh looked over toward Creg, the closest one to the front door. Creg glanced at Josh for a second, before walking over to the front window. As he was about to pull away the curtain. The window shattered by Drake's body being tossed through it. He lands onto the floor from his back, grunting loudly in pain.

Everyone in the living room grew their attention toward Drake. Christina, Josh, Angie, Nick, Creg and Suzan rushed toward him. Nick stopped himself when the microwave made a beeping noise, making Nick return back to the microwave at high speeds. Josh and Creg helped Drake up to his feet. Drake grunted as he stood up on both of his feet.

"What the hell happened Drake?" Josh asked Drake in confusion and worry.

Drake didn't respond instantly, but when he did. Drake's voice sounded apologetic and guilty. "You're right..." Josh grew confused by the statement.

"Right about what?" Josh asked, though confused. He knew the reason Drake was saying it. He only wanted to hear the words out of Drake's mouth. When Drake was fully on his feet, looking out the window toward Steve and Stephen standing beside Forgener.

He turned his head to the right and spoke again, "Your right, knocking him out sounds like a better plan." When Josh's eyes looked up toward the outside scenery from the window. He saw Steve and Stephen knocked out on the floor. Meanwhile, Forgener's eyes were peeping through the window toward the rest of the group. Josh froze for a second in fear, but he grew enough confidence to speak.

"Teen Ten, it's time!" Josh looked over to Creg, who fully formed himself into metal. Josh looks over to the rest of the group before speaking out loud. He looks back toward Drake, "Freeze his feet so he can't move." He looks over to Angie and Suzan, "Get Steve and Stephen up, we'll distract them."

Josh looks toward Nick, who is eating and staring at the rest of the group. "Nick, put your food down and get anything to restrain his arms, Creg you're going to help him." Creg nods in response, while Nick grunts and places his food back onto the counter. Christina walks over to Josh, awaiting instructions.

"What about me?" Josh thinks for a minute, then looks into her eyes. "Guard me, I'm going to knock him out." Christina nods, before both begin to head out of the house together. By the time they got outside, Drake was using all his might to freeze Forgener's legs. Though, it appeared that Forgener's legs were shapeshifting into lava. Attemtping to escape, but Drake only increased the intensity of his icicle powers.

Josh glanced over to Christina standing beside him, nodding at her. Christina took a few steps in front of Josh as she formed her energy blade. She kept her stance defensively, watching Forgener's movements closely. Josh watched as Forgener formed his arm into metal and was about to break through the ice. However, right before he could Creg came up from behind him and grabbed his arm. Creg twisted Forgener's arm backwards and restrained Forgener completely.

Forgener was about to use his other arm, but Nick in high speeds appeared. Nick restrained the arm with a rope against his back. Nick quickly kept it tied against his back and took a few steps back once he was done. Creg yelled at him, "Nick, help me restrain his other arm against his back." Nick glanced at him and Forgener, before quickly heading back inside. Creg yelled at him, still using a lot of force to hold Forgener's arm. "Nick you coward! Get back out here!"

Josh ignored the two of them, his eyes locking with Forgener's. Before Forgener could do anything, Josh has entered into his mind. Forgener screamed in anger, still struggling to escape from their grasps. That's when Forgener's entire body vanished almost instantly. Creg was about to stop holding what he felt like was a hand. Christina and Drake was about to let their guard down. Luckily, Josh spoke up loudly for everyone to hear.

"Wait a minute, I can still feel him. He's still there, keep doing what you're doing." Everyone continued to go at full force with their powers. "He's just invisible!" Josh felt as if he discovered something amazing. It was as though what he just found was a new discovery. At this point, Steve and Stephen were up to their feet again. Angie and Suzan backed away from the scene. Stephen walked up to Forgener, then reached his arms out toward him.

A sudden telekinetic field was seen across Forgener's body. Stephen called out, "I got him everyone, you can stop." Drake and Creg stopped what they were doing. Stephen broke through the ice around Forgener's feet and lifted him up to the air. He kept him in the air as he glanced back at Josh. "Knock him out Josh." He says, leaving Forgener in front of Josh to focus.

It took a minute, but it wasn't long until Forgener's eyes closed. When this happened, Forgener's body stopped struggling against the telekinetic forces. Josh spoke a minute later, "He's out." When the okay was given, everyone looked over to Steve. He popped his fingers before reaching one out and forming a portal in front of Stephen. The portal was leading into an empty cell with thick and hardened walls. Stephen pushed Forgener through the portal and released him into the cell.

As soon as Forgener fell onto the floor of the cell. Josh walked over toward the portal, and saw Reggie standing in the cell by Forgener. He looked up toward Josh on the other side of the portal. He nodded at him in approval, slightly smiling. Once the portal closed, the nine of them were standing in the front lawn. He looked over to Drake, panting from the amount of energy he used. Josh pats on his back and nodded at him with a smile. "See, teamwork is valuable." Josh says to him.

Josh was standing at the doorway of his house. He watched as the new group of teenagers that helped started getting ready to leave. Two cabs were called to pick them up and begin taking them home. Drake was already ready enough to leave. It was as though he was impatient, and just wanted to get back to taking out normal bad guys. It made Josh want to chuckle from his weird behavior.

Suzan was asked by Christina about why she wasn't coming with them. However, Suzan disappointed her by telling her that it was for the better. The two of them hugged before Christina made her way over to her cab. Drake waited patiently by the passenger seat door. Steve and Stephen were in a long conversation with Nick and Creg about various things. Josh felt Angie walk up beside him, making him feel comforted about the situation. He wanted them to stay, but he knew that they had their own lives.

Angie spoke after a few minutes passed by, "I wish they could stay. We could really use their help." Josh nodded in approval, she said the exact words from his own mouth. Despite her not having telepathy, she could definitely read off his own face. He felt a connection to her, and that was what made him happy that she was staying. Angie placed a hand on Josh's shoulder.

Josh wanted to say something to Drake, but he wasn't capable of doing it. Josh's eyes wandered back to Stephen and Steve talking to Creg and Nick. Despite Nick's expression of not caring about anything that the three of them were saying. He could tell that Nick was feeling a connection to Steve and Stephen. Not even needing to read his mind to know about how he was enjoying their company.

Stephen blurted out in question when he realized the full scale of the situation. "Wait, why exactly are we leaving with a cab again? Can't we just teleport there?"

Creg responded to his question when he looked over toward Drake. "Didn't Drake want to go on a ride or something?"

"Well, I ain't leaving by no cab. I'm just going to go back to the house." Stephen looked over to Steve standing beside him. "Are you coming with me or them?" Steve glanced over to the cabs before looking him in the eyes. "You know what? I'm going to go on a ride too. You go ahead."

"Fine, see you guys back at the house." Stephen says, before opening up a portal that opened into an unfamiliar place. Stephen walked through it, looking back toward Steve before closing it. Rob walked past Josh and Angie. Josh had almost completely forgotten that Rob was there with them. Why was Rob so quiet? Josh glanced at Angie, before looking at Rob with an expression of uncertainty.

Josh called for him, "Wait!" Rob turned to face Josh and Angie.

"What's up?" Rob's tone of voice was calm and very polite. Josh felt bad for not including Rob along with the situation.

"Hey, I didn't see you in the fight or living room earlier. How come?" When Josh asked this, Rob's expression turned to a discomforted expression. It was as though he didn't like being asked the question. Angie spoke when she noticed the discomfort.

"If it's too much to ask, it's okay."

Rob shook his head, "No no, it's okay." Rob took a deep breath and released before looking at them both. That's when Josh remembered about the cancer Rob had. He forgot almost all about the condition and his powers. Josh sighed sadly before stopping Rob from attempting to speak.

"Wait, I almost forgot to say." Rob looked up to Josh in the eyes, letting him speak now. "I'm sorry about your cancer. It must be really hard for you."

Rob nodded, "Yeah, thanks man." Angie looked at Josh and Rob in confusion.

"Wait, you have cancer?" Rob nodded from her question. Angie felt bad and hugged him. "I'm so sorry, I didn't know." Rob was silent at this point, but he felt slightly happier from their gestures and words.

"Thanks guys, it means a lot." He told the both of them, but before he could start heading back to the cab.

Josh stopped him when he realized something, "Wait, take this." Josh gave Rob a card from his pocket, having the name of a doctor on it. "It's a doctor that might help your condition if it gets too severe." Rob looked down at the name on the card for a minute before looking back up to Josh.

"Thanks but, I don't think I'm going to need this." Rob was about to give the card back but Josh rejected it.

"Oh no, keep it. Just keep it beside you in case you ever want to help yourself." Rob stared down at the card again, before taking out his wallet. He places the card into his wallet, then puts it back into his pocket.

"Alright, thanks man." Rob and Josh fist bump, then Rob begins heading over to the cab. Josh continued to watch Rob leave, before his attention returned over to Creg and Nick. The two of them wave Steve goodbye as he walks over to the same cab that Rob's going to. Luckily, Josh noticed that Drake hasn't entered the cab with Christina yet.

This made Josh get enough courage to go over to him. When he got close enough, Drake got into the cab beside Christina. Drake rolled down the window after closing the door beside him. He looked up toward Josh with a slight smile. Josh tried to muster the words out of his mouth. This time, he was finally able to speak from the silence between them both.

"Thanks for the help Drake, I wish you could stay with us." Drake nodded in approval, but didn't speak. Christina looked over toward Drake and Josh. "If you ever want to team up for any reason, we'll be here." Drake nodded, looking up to Josh in the eyes again.

"See you around Josh, I'll keep you guys in mind for next time." Josh chuckled by the statement, before taking a step back. Drake rolled the window back up and looked ahead toward the taxi driver. Not long before the taxi's begin driving forward. Beginning to make their ways toward their destination. Josh smiled and watched as Angie walked up beside him.

When the taxi's disappeared from the distance. Angie spoke and made Josh look over to her. "Well, what a long day don't you say?" Josh nodded in agreement. "I'm going to make dinner, you coming? Or are you going to disappear again?" Josh chuckled by the question, but took a minute to respond.

"I'm coming, just give me a minute of some fresh air." Angie nodded before turning around and heading back to the house. Josh watched her, noticing that Josh was the only outside at this point. He turned his head forward again, looking out toward the city in the distance. The sunset setting upon the horizon. Josh took a deep breath in satisfaction before turning around and heading back inside. He felt satisfied from the day that transpired. Now, he was ready to return back to how things were.

The bell of the bank's alert system started going off. The front doors of the bank bursted open to reveal three men in armor and heavy weaponry. One of them, the leader of the group of criminals, was wearing something different. A tuxedo, a top hat, a black and red cape with a face mask over his eyes. While he had a cane beside him with a jewel inside of it. He watched as the three men hurled the money into a van.

The man in the fancy gown spoke out loud to them, "Hurry! We don't have all day now do we?" When the three men successfully put the money into the van. The man in the fancy clothing spun his cane with his hand. Right before he could tap the van with it. A sudden flash of movement pushed the man back against a wall. He grunted out loud from the sudden impact.

Nick in his superhero clothing stopped beside the man in clothing. "Haha!" The three criminals in heavy armor held out their weapons and pointed them toward Nick. "Uh oh!" Right as the guns began firing, a force field appeared around Nick. The bullets bounce off the shield, but the men continue firing. Until all of a sudden, their guns ran out of ammo and required a reload. Angie was seen standing beside Nick, holding out her hands to create the force fields.

Creg toppled over the van onto its side and knocked the three men out. Angie released the force field. Creg was about to tackle the man in fancy clothing. However, he took his cane and tapped the ground. This made him sink in the ground and reappear on the other side of Creg. "Aha! You think you can stop the amazing Necromancer? You'll have to try harder than that!" Suzan appeared with the poisonous gas from behind the man that called himself Necromancer.

When she was fully formed, she got from behind him and wrapped her arms around him. She attempted to grab the cane from his hand, but he held his hand outwards. Creg started to approach him, but a burst of lighting appeared on the other end of the cane. It pushed Creg backwards into the wall of the bank. He yanked the cane back against Suzan's waist. It caused her to feel a sudden icky feeling in her stomach. This made her let go of the Necromancer and barf up.

Nick quickly ran around the van and towards the man in the tuxedo. Necromancer was able to read Nick's movements and tapped the cane against himself. This made him able to go as fast as Nick's running speeds. He pointed the cane toward Nick that was running toward him. A sudden burst of energy erupted from the tip of the cane. The energy wrapped around Nick's body and trapped him underneath it. Luckily the energy didn't harm or kill Nick, but rather restrained him. "Aha! What a fancy move wouldn't you say?" He laughed out loud in astonishment from his achievement.

Creg got up to his feet again and charged straight at the Necromancer. Sadly, the man dodged out of the way of Creg's attempt to knock him out. Getting right behind Creg and yanking the cane toward Creg. This causes a large burst of energy to push Creg forward into a car. His body smashes against the car, grunting out loud from the impact. Angie grew terrified as she watched from the same place she was standing.

Josh came up from behind her and yelled out loud for the Necromancer to hear. "Stop right there Necromancer!" The man in the fancy ghetto stopped himself, turning his head toward Josh. He looked back toward Josh and grinned widely. "I know who you are and how you work."

The Necromancer was interested by Josh's introduction. "Oh really?" He laughed a little to himself as he fully turned his body to Josh's.

"Yes, you like deals right?" This instantly made Necromancer grin wider.

"Oh yes, they are the best part." Josh smirked when he replied.

"Alright then, how about this? If you return the money back to the bank and turn yourself in. I won't have to force you into a never ending coma." The Necromancer laughed at the statement.

"You really think that I'm going to take that deal?" Necromancer pointed the cane back toward the van, but nothing happened. "That money belongs to me, I'm going to use it for something worthwhile. Something that the rich don't do very often."

"That's the citizens' money you are stealing." Josh corrected him, but the Necromancer only laughed.

"Not anymore it is, it's mine." The Necromancer walked over to the van and rubbed his hand against the back doors of the van. Where the money is held inside of. "The people would never use this money for what I'm going to use it for. They are too lazy and too focused on bills, bills, bills. So lame!" He laughs before pointing the cane toward Josh. "I won't even tell you what my plan is, even your telepathy won't work on me." He laughs again.

This made Josh attempt to use his telepathy, but he realizes that something was blocking him. It only took him a minute to realize that the hat was blocking him. It only made sense, considering it was on his head. Josh grunted in annoyance, pulling his hand away from his forehead. Necromancer laughed as he pointed his cane toward Angie, putting a transparent box around her like she was a mime. "Your friend can even save you now." He laughs evilly as Josh watches Angie bang against the invisible barrier.

"Now, I shall pull you into an endless sleep and make myself disappear!" The Necromancer pointed the cane at Josh again. An energy beam begins to form at the tip of the cane. He laughs out loud, but is soon cut off by a sudden blast of ice forming around his cane and hand. Necromancer is shocked, looking over to see Drake standing beside the rest of his friends. Christina smirks as she forms a beam of energy from her hand. She cuts the cane within the ice in half. "No! My cane!"

Before Necromancer could do anything, Steve appears through a portal from behind Necromancer and slaps the hat off. This instantly reverses the telepathy block, allowing Josh to enter his mind. "No! How dare you!" Right as Necromancer attempted to break the ice off his hand. Josh put the Necromancer asleep almost instantly. Drake comes over and breaks the hand free from the ice and lets Stephen grab him with his telekinesis.

Christina used her energy beam to cut Nick out of the net. Rob helped Creg up to his feet, while Steve looked over to Stephen. Drake walked over to Josh with a slight guilty expression. Josh didn't use his telepathy to read Drake's mind. He wanted to let Drake say it for himself out loud. "You know what Josh?" Drake said to Josh as their eyes met. "I think we should work together. We make a great team together." When Drake said this out loud, it brought a huge smile on Josh's face.

"Thank you, I'm glad you think the same way." Drake smiled in return, looking over to Steve and Stephen. Josh and Drake watched and waited for the police to show up to the scene. Josh grinned widely, knowing that this was going to change their superhero lives for the better. He only hoped that it was a good decision, and that he won't regret it later.

The Forgener almost attempted to break free from the prison he was held in twice now. Luckily, Reggie and the rest of the law enforcement learned how to keep him restrained. Almost before Forgener could escape for the third time. The prison was able to create a new type of cell to keep him inside of. A cell that was strong enough to withstand the powers Forgener obtained. Without any door to get inside the cell besides from above with a window. A small opening that slides the food through in a tight packaging.

Forgener was restrained for life, with no contacts allowed from the outside. One day, this came as an exception by a mafia group. Wanting to understand the science of Forgener's powers. In hopes that they'd be capable of forming their own kinds of soldiers. This mafia decided to visit the prison that Forgener was kept in. They found a way to grow a deal between the prison guards and the mafia's own personal gains.

The ability for the mafia to understand the science of the Forgeners abilities. In return, the mafia would give the prison guards and police the necessary weapons to fight off similar threats. Two men and a female entered the cell of the restrained Forgener. One of them was a scientist, with the other two being mafia security. Although the two of them were unarmed for this occasion. They were bulky and strong, capable of keeping Forgener restrained if need be.

The prison guard walked over to the control panel. Waiting as the scientist walked over to the glass window on the ground. The bullet proof window that kept the scientist and Forgener separated. The scientist looked over to the prison guard, nodding in approval to continue. The guard looked down at the control panel and clicked a button on it. Not long before, the room that Forgener was trapped in started to fill up with a type of gas.

Forgener decided to let the gas fill his lungs. Though, his eyes looked upwards toward the scientist and the two guards. Giving them both a close inspection to remember them by. It wasn't long until the gas knocked Forgener out cold. Falling over to his stomach and face on the floor. The guard gave it a few minutes, before stopped the gas dispensers. Then, he switched a key and button to begin lifting the floor of the Forgener's cell upwards.

The window that separated them opened up, allowing for the floor to settle on the same plane as the guard and mafia men. The scientist looked over to her guards, who made their way over. The guard didn't make a move, watching the three of them make contact. The two men lifted Forgener up to a sitting position. Placing him against the hardened bed. The scientist used her hand to lift Forgeners head upwards, examining him for a minute.

The two mafia guards took a few steps back as the scientist took out a syringe. Injecting it into the skin of Forgener’s arm, and beginning to suck out a little bit of blood. It wasn't long until the scientist got a few syringes filled with blood. She placed them back into her case and closed it. She walked over to the two mafia guards and nodded toward the prison guard. The three of them dismissed themselves out the cell door. While the prison guard pressed and turned the same keys.

Forgeners cell floors began descending back into the deep room below. The window closes back up to prevent Forgener from making a possible attempt to escape. Once the prison guard was done, he returned back to his magazine he was reading from a few minutes ago. The mafia left the prison, with no guards complaining about the situation that transpired.

When the mafia group returned back to their hideout. The scientist entered the room where the man on top was standing in the middle of the room. "You got the blood samples?" The man asked, his voice had a chinese accent.

"Yes sir, we are ready to begin experimenting." The man nodded in response.

"Good, we will need these to finish quickly. We have an opponent we must face down." The scientist nodded in agreement, placing the case down onto a table.

"I know sir, we will do what we can." The man nodded in response, not saying another word. Not long until the man left the room for the scientist to start. The scientist looked upwards and turned on a light. Shining onto people strapped onto tables. All of them were unconscious, but were the supposed testing subjects for the experiment. The scientist took one of the syringes out of the case and closely looked at it. Then, she spoke out loud as her eyes looked toward the testing subjects. "Let's begin, my friends."

On a bright sunny day in Spring Field Farms. The farmers on the field continue their everyday routine on the farm. A man by the name of Robert Finskin. Was about to get into his tractor when he spotted something soaring through the sky above him. Curious by the sight, he takes out his camera and begins recording the sighting.

He slowly zooms in toward the object with the camera. Attempting to get a good visual of what the object is. However, before the camera could focus on it. The object begins to move at such insane speeds toward him. Robert pulls himself back from the camera and look at the object hurtling toward him.

The object appeared to be a gray colored capsule, with no sign of rocket engines on it. Right before the capsule could land where Robert was standing. It blasts off toward the edge of the farm's fence, before roughly landing itself against the ground. Using the ground as a way to slow it's speeds down.

It wasn't long until the capsule made a complete stop. Robert stared at it for what felt like an eternity. Though, he eventually snaps out of it and begins to slowly approach it. When he got close enough, he yells out. "Hello..?" He was not only afraid, but also surprised.

When he was within touching distance. He raised his hand up to the capsule and presses his hand against it. At first nothing happened. Until a sudden burst of air erupted from the edges of a door. It opens up and lowers down to the ground like a ramp.

Inside the doorway was mostly darkness. Though Robert could make out a faint outline of a figure inside. He couldn't make out any features of the figure, but he knew it looked human to him. "H-Hello..?" His voice is a bit more shaky now as he takes a step back.

His voice alerted the figure, because it began to move. Slowly descending itself down the ramp and into the grass below. This time, Robert was able to make out a completely naked human. It appeared to be a mid-twenties, male human with short brown hair and a small mustache.

Robert wasn't capable of speaking now as he grew speechless. Incapable of thinking properly as he examined the man. Robert took a step back as the naked man slowly approached him. Their eyes locked on to each other. "W-who are you? Where did you come-."

Before Robert could finish his sentence, the man's entire body seemingly glitched out of existence. It was like the man was just a simulation. Robert was left speechless as he looked down to the ground where the man vanished from. His expression is in complete terror as he tries to rationalize with himself.

Robert decides to make a run for it back to his tractor. Without looking back, he gets into his tractor and starts it up. Beginning to head back to the farm house in hopes of calling the authorities. When he finally arrives back at the farmhouse, he rushes inside and toward the phone.

As he begins to type "911" onto the phone. He begins to hear noise erupt from deeper inside the house. He turns around to face the cause of the noise. He hears something fall off a table in another room. When he hears the voice of the dispatcher, he panically begins speaking. "911, what's your emergency?"

"Hey, I need help. There's a naked man here and I think he's coming inside my house." Before he can continue, the naked man approaches from behind and hits him in a way that knocks Robert out cold. The naked man then takes the phone out of Roberts hand and holds it up to his ear.

"Hello? Sir? Are you still there?" The dispatcher says with slight concern.

He opens his mouth to speak, but instead of speaking, he creates computer noises. The dispatcher on the other end gets silent and confused. The call ends and he places the phone back down to the receiver and unplugs it. Before crouching down and placing his fingers down to Roberts veins. Feeling if Robert is still alive, which he was. Then, he placed his hand onto Robert's clothing.

Not long until the naked man's body glitches and forms the same clothing that Robert has on. Once he was done, he stands up on his feet and heads out the door. Within seconds, he glitches and vanishes, leaving Robert unconscious.

The police were capable of tracking the phone and it returned back to the farmhouse. They arrived to find Robert still unconscious. They attempted to ask Robert for any information about him. Unfortunately, Robert could only say that he was naked and couldn't make out any other important details.

With not much information about the suspect. They sent Robert to the hospital to get a checkup. Police searched throughout the property, but returned empty handed. The police didn't find the capsule that Robert found. Which left Robert highly concerned for his mental health, believing he just experienced some sort of hallucination. The police decided to keep a look out for any possible suspicious person that might've been associated with the attack of Robert.

Three teenagers going by the names of Josh, Creg and Nick. They each wore spandex colored white, with lines of different colors on each teen. Josh had red, Creg had green and Nick had blue. They also wore the classic black masks that covered their facial features. Ensuring to keep their identities a secret.

They stood on a hill looking out at a flooded valley with houses submerged up to the bottom of the roofs. The three of them saw people stranded on the roof of various houses.

"Good thing we got here on time." Josh's tone was confident and proud in himself. He felt good that he and the others were about to do a very heroic thing. Something that not a lot of people would ever think of.

"Josh, are you sure we have to wear these things? So tight around my-." Creg rolls his eyes at the sight of Nick grabbing the clothes near his crotch and trying to pull them away.

"Yes Nick, now stop whining."

As Josh examined the flooded valley, he eventually got a good idea. He turned around and started walking over to the rest of the group. Drake and Christina, with light blue and purple stripes. Steve and Stephen who had yellow and orange. Angie and Suzan who had violet and dark green. Then, Rob with brown who only wore his pants and his mask. Meaning he was completely shirtless like he normally is.

Josh felt slightly uncomfortable seeing Rob without a shirt. Though, he knows that Rob feels uncomfortable wearing one considering his powers. So, it wouldn't really benefit Rob anyway. "Alright guys!" Josh calls out to everyone, which everyone brings their attention to Josh.

"Drake, I'm going to need your help with freezing the water. This should give them the ability to get off the roofs." Drake salutes when he hears this, and begins making his way over to the flooded valley. "Nick and Stephen, you guys anybody that you can to come here and help people off the ice."

Nick looks over to Stephen and sighs, before walking over to him. Steve and Stephen shake each other's hands, before Stephen dismisses himself. "Creg and Steve. You guys are with me, in case we find anybody who needs the extra muscle or needs help getting unstuck." Creg and Steve nod in approval.

"Christina and Rob, try and help people off the roofs the best you can." Christina and Rob glance to each other before beginning to make their way to the flooded valley. "Angie and Suzan, you two help anybody who might be injured or sick." Angie's face slightly lit up with excitement as her and Suzan's eyes met. "Alright, let's go everyone!"

Steve and Creg come over by Josh as he leads them up the hill. Before any of them make a move, they watch as Drake crouches down and uses his fingers to touch the water. Within seconds, the water begins to freeze into a solid. Drake makes sure to freeze the water the most that he can, so that it's stable to walk on. The people stranded on the roof look down to the ice in confusion.

Once Drake gives the okay, Josh leads Creg and Steve out onto the lake. Everyone begins to help people off the roofs and onto the ice. Leading them over to the safety field nearby. As they do so, Josh recognizes that a person was screaming. Nobody heard but him, but it concerned Josh heavily.

He turns to Creg and taps his shoulder. "I think somebody is trapped." Creg's expression turns to worry as Josh leads him to the source. A house mostly trapped under the ice and water. As they got close enough, a woman rushes over with tears. "Please! Help me!" Rushing up to Josh and grabbing onto Josh's arms. "My son, he's trapped inside and I can't get to him!"

"It's okay, we're going to help you. Alright? Where is he? Is he in the living room? A bedroom?" She grows slightly more calm, but worried as she tries to speak.

"I-I think he's in his bedroom." I nod in understanding as I try to calm her down. Watching as Creg approaches the house that was mostly covered by ice. Within seconds his body shapeshifts into full metal. Then begins to use his might and force to break the ice. Which was easy enough as he got to the roof and began smashing through the roof.

Angie comes rushing over to me and the lady in distress. "Is everything okay?"

"Her son is trapped inside his bedroom." Angie's expression as expected grows concerned and slight fear. Josh turns to the lady and informs her to stay with Angie. "Check up on her for me, alright?" Angie nods and begins talking to the lady. Making sure she wasn't injured or sick. Josh rushes over to Creg and begins helping with pushing anything out of the way for him.

As Creg bursts through the inside of the roof. They felt the breeze brush through their hair and skin. Josh glanced at Creg, giving him the okay to go in. He nods before deforming from his metal form. Then, jumps inside and lands onto the floor before beginning to rush in.

Josh remains beside the hole in the roof. Staring inside and waiting for Creg to return. Angie and the lady come over beside him and begin staring down into the hole. Silence filled the air between the three of them and inside the house. Josh decides to yell out into the house. "Creg?" His voice vibrated against the walls and echoed deeper inside.

No response was heard, which made Josh concerned. After a few more minutes of silence and no reply. Josh decided to start going through the hole and was about to hop down. Only for Creg to come out from the darkness with a young child over his shoulder.

Josh stops what he was doing and reaches down to him. Creg lifts him upwards to Josh. Angie and the woman assist with picking the child up. Once he was out of the hole and into the arms of the mother. Josh helps Creg out of the hole and beside him and Angie. Josh pats him on the back as he grows a sigh of relief.

"Thank goodness." Josh felt relieved.

Angie checks the child for any injuries. Creg and Josh decide to start searching the rest of the town for any other survivors. Not long until Josh sensed Nick and Stephen returning through a portal nearby. Josh turns to them, "You guys are back?"

"Yep! And we got some help." Stephen said with a proud smile. Nick on the other hand, wasn't enthused. Which was normal for Nick. Josh informs them to start helping people while they wait for the extra hands. Once they do, about a half an hour passes before emergency services arrived, especially helicopters.

The Teen Ten group continued helping people, before eventually Josh was pulled to the side by Angie. "Hey, some people wanted to talk to you." Surprised and curious, Angie lead him over to what appeared to be a news channel team. One of them, a woman with blonde hair nicely wrapped into a ponytail, glasses and the typical reporter clothes.

Josh knew her as being the famous reporter from Channel X station. Her name was Kassie Landra. As Josh approaches her and the camera crew, she looks over to him and her expression turns to excitement at the sight of him. "And here comes the leader of the wonderful powerful teenagers who came to the rescue for such a powerful storm. Josh himself!" Kassie and the camera crew turn toward Josh, with her standing beside him with the microphone in her hand.

"Josh! I'd like to just ask you about why you chose to help these people, despite being young?" Josh was slightly shocked to be on camera, as she holds the microphone toward him so he can talk into it. Josh hesitated for a second, but found the courage and words to speak.

"I-I just figured that somebody needed to do something. People were in distress and it hurts to see them stranded with no food or way to escape." Kassie nodded in understanding to his words, pulling the microphone back in front of herself.

"That's very wholesome and brave to see such wonderful kids like yourself doing a heroic thing." Josh slightly grinned at this, glancing over to Angie who was off to the side watching. "Now, I'm assuming with the masks. You wish not to show your identity, but can you at least tell us your name or nickname?" She reaches the microphone over to Josh once more.

Josh took a second to think, knowing that revealing his first name would be bad. So, he instead decided to make a name up on the spot. "You can just call me the Psychic." Josh points over to Angie, "And she's my best friend InvisibleGirl." Angie blushed as the camera pointed over to Angie, then turns back to Kassie and Josh.

"Awesome to hear and lovely to meet you Psychic!" Kassie stops when she reaches up to her earbud piece and listens closely before speaking again. "Well, I've just been told of some interesting news. Good thing our wonderful leader of the Teen Ten is here with us." When she faces Josh, he gets slightly confused by the sudden shift of tone. "Josh, what can you tell me of the mysterious man that just attacked an innocent farmer up on Spring Field Farms." As soon as the microphone moves in front of Josh.

His expression turns to unease and deep worry as he attempts to figure out what she was talking about. He grabs the handle of the microphone as the camera zooms in on his face. "W-who?"

The group returns back to their house without being noticed. Creg checks behind their backs for anybody who might be following. When he realizes they were in the clear, he closes the door. Everyone begins taking off their clothes with the exception of Christina, Josh and Creg, who takes off only her mask before sitting down on the couch and going onto her phone.

As everybody gets privacy in different rooms to change. Josh and Creg head into the meeting room. Still curious about the attacker at Spring Field Farms. He sits down at the desk and turns on the computer and logging in. Creg remains by the doorway and watches him.

Once Josh opens up google chrome, he searches for the recent news. Immediately, the first few articles had titles like; "Crazy farmer believes he was attacked by a human alien" and "Farmer attacked by an alien that looks human." This gets Josh's curiosity filled and opens up the articles.

As he begins reading them, Creg joins him and stands beside him. Both reading the articles while the rest of the group start watching TV in the other room. Once Josh finishes reading the article, Creg and I meet eyes. Josh's expression telling him enough that he was worried about something.

"This might be the signal Floyd was telling us about. 'Watch for anything that may come out of the sky'. Right?" Josh stands up from the chair and faces him. He nods slightly, but his expression told Josh that he wasn't entirely convinced.

"It's probably just some crazy farmer."

"We can't just assume that, not until we see for ourselves." Before Creg could continue his opinion on the matter. Drake walks up to the doorway and crosses his arms.

"Are we going to check on Peter yet?" This instantly reminds Josh about the moment Floyd informed the group to capture the Robanian escapist from the spaceship a while back. Once Floyd left, the group had to delay the visit when a massive tsunami hit a town nearby.

"Shit, I nearly forgot about that. Thanks for reminding me." Josh glances over to Creg and motions him to follow. "We'll continue this discussion later, let's go." Josh leads Creg out into the living room. "Alright guys, I'm taking Creg, Nick and Angie with me to Peter's place to get the Robanian. Drake's in charge until we get back."

Suzan glances over to Drake before facing Josh. "Why Drake?"

"Because he's the oldest and led his own half of the team before we combined. Don't worry, we'll be back real soon." Drake still had his hands crossed against his chest. Grinning as he felt honored to be given such a role. Suzan with a disgusted expression rolled her eyes and walked upstairs.

Josh sighs as he looks over to Nick sitting on the couch. "Let's go Nick." Josh calls out to him, but Nick stubbornly remains seated on the couch.

"But I'm watching TV!" Taking the remote and flipping it to another channel.

"Nick, I'm not going to say it again." Josh says with a more demanding voice. Nick continues to flip through the channels, but is soon caught off guard by Drake coming over. Stealing the remote and turning the TV off.

"Hey!" Drake points toward me as he stares down at him with a slightly annoyed facial expression. Nick grunts as he stands up and comes over beside the others. Angie joins in shortly later with a jacket.

"Alright, we'll be back soon!" Calling out to the room as Creg opens the door and they begin leaving. As soon as Creg closes the door behind him. Drake sits down onto the couch and turns on the TV again. Christina would join him on the couch not long afterwards.

Spring Field Farms

Robert was busy doing his average work on the farm. Though, slightly distraught from the events not long ago. He's approached by two people in tuxedo's. Robert turns to face them, feeling slightly uncomfortable by their presence. Feeling as though they are part of the government.

"Um, hello?" One of the two people was a white man, slightly overweight with brown short hair and a half shaven beard. The other was an average size, white woman, a few inches taller than the man, long brown hair that reached her shoulders.

"Hello good sir, we're here about the incident that occurred earlier. Are you willing to tell us more about it?" Robert was slightly surprised, but expected that there would be more people.

"I'm sorry, but who are you?" Robert starts asserting himself in a defensive manner. The woman glances over to the other for a second as he reaches into his tuxedo and pulls out a card and hands it over to Robert.

"We are a private detective team, my name is David and this is my partner Britney. Our third member Phil is back in the car. We are sorry for the sudden intrusion."

"Are you guys with the government." Robert glances back over to the car sitting along the street. Which was a black sedan, with another person in a tuxedo standing on the sidewalk beside it. He appeared to be blind with a black cane in his hand.

"I suppose you can say that." Britney tells him. It takes Robert a second to process before nodding his head.

"Okay, I'll tell you about it then. Just as long as this doesn't affect me personally in any way."

"You have nothing to worry about, just start from the beginning and we will determine where to go from there." Robert nods as he turns and begins to lead them toward the area where the capsule was found hours prior. When they get to the area, as expected they find no sign of the capsule.

Britney remains beside Robert with a notepad and pen. Talking to Robert and attempting to gather any information about the scene he witnessed. Meanwhile, David pokes around the area in hopes of finding any sign of the capsule. Slowly moving deeper into the forest and cautiously peaking around the trees.

As he looks around, he eventually discovers a marking on a tree. David approaches it cautiously as he takes out his phone. Snapping a picture of the marking before looking down to the grass. The crater and flattened grass from where the capsule impacted the ground.

As David takes more photos of the impact area. Britney finishes gaining information from Robert about the capsule and the strange intruder that came from it. Walking over to David and checking up on him and his discoveries. "What did you find?"

Without looking back to her, he continues examining the grass and crater. "It seems like this capsule was going at fast speeds from the sky. Doesn't seem to be anything remotely close to any other impacts that I've seen. Definitely seems very alienated."

"I see that." Britney says as she walks around the impacted ground and over beside David.

"I also found a marking that might be important." David motions for Britney to follow him over to the tree with the marking on it. The marking appeared to be a large scratch running down the base of it. Not only that, but it had two other scratches going along near the top of it. Almost giving off the appearance of a capital "I."

Britney runs her hand across the marking, "Fascinating." She quietly says to herself. "What do you think might've done this? This doesn't seem like a natural thing a crash would've caused."

"My theory is that the person who emerged from the capsule landed it. He needed a way to have a traceable marking to go back to. Possibly a bookmark to remind them where they initially crashed." Britney nods her head, agreeing with the theory.

"What were you able to gather from Robert?" David asks Britney shortly afterwards, his tone slightly curious.

She turns and faces him, as she takes the notepad out and opens it. She flips over to the pages where she wrote down the information. "Nothing new as we have heard from the news report." When she got to the correct page, she turns it around and lets David look down at it. "I did however let him give me a full description of the man she saw."

David examines the drawing closely, before nodding. "Hm, I see. Well, I suppose the only thing now is to find out where they headed next."

"Do you have an idea for where that might be?" David shrugs, glancing at Robert who was waiting patiently off to the side.

"If we had the capability, we could check the camera's of nearby streets."

"Yeah, too bad we aren't actually the government or have any authority to do that." Britney sighs with disappointment.

As David continues to examine the impact a bit more. He gets an idea, facing Britney. "I don't think the capsule craft is gone. I think it's still here."

"What makes you think that?"

"Think about it, if neither Robert or the police found it after the intruder left. Then where else could it have gone?" Britney's eyes wander over to the crater in the ground. "I think we should bring Phil in." It takes Britney a second to think about the idea, before nodding in approval.

Ten minutes pass and Phil walks over to the impact area along with David. Britney continues chatting with Robert, before dismissing him to return back to his work and that they'll contact him later if they have further questions. David let go of Phil's hand and backs away as he lets Phil approach the crater and impacted area.

Phil begins to sniff the air and feel around with his hands. David and Britney watch Phil examine the area. Phil slowly walks away from the impact area and deeper into the forest. That's when Phil's hand reaches up and touches something invisible. Phil starts feeling his way around the invisible object. David and Britney begin approaching Phil in curiosity.

Phil continues using his hands to feel the invisible object. He turns his head toward David and Britney in confusion. "What is this?" Phil's expression was both confusion and concern.

"I think it's invisible, because I don't see it." Phil takes his hands off and faces the invisible object. Though, with him being blind he doesn't see anything. "Do you think you can find a button or something to activate it?" Phil goes back in and starts rechecking it, but this time pressing his fingers into it.

It takes him a couple minutes, before finally pressing what felt like a button. Instantly, a puff of air erupts from the invisible object. This startles Phil just enough, that he falls onto his behind. He luckily catches his fall with his hands. David and Britney take a step back, slightly stunned.

Within seconds, the invisible object fades into view and appears as the same white capsule that Robert found earlier. The ramp leading into the small capsule that's only capable of holding one person, opens and lands onto the ground. David helps Phil up to his feet as Britney approaches the capsule. Examining the inside of it, before turning to David and Phil. "It's smaller than I was hoping, but manageable."

"We should take this back to the garage and study it. Maybe there's important information somewhere inside it that we can use." Britney glances back to the capsule before nodding in approval. Stepping away from it and over beside Phil. She checks on him, ensuring he's okay.

David puts his hand up to his chin in thought. "I wonder how we can take it without being spotted."

"You're not thinking of piloting that thing, are you?" Phil asks with concern and worry in his voice.

David shakes his head, "Absolutely not. That would be ridiculous." David continues to think to himself.

Britney then joins in with an idea, "We could use a flatbed and use a covering to hide it."

"Good idea, but we don't have a flatbed."

"Leave that to me, you two just stay here until I get back." Britney turns around and begins heading back to the car. David glances back to the capsule spacecraft and begins searching the inside of it. Phil remains where he is, taking the cane and using it to keep his balance.

Creg stops the car along the sidewalk, beside Floyd and Peter's college campus. Josh takes a deep breath as he looks into the middle mirror toward Nick and Angie. "Me and Creg are going to check on Peter, you two stay here."

"Becareful Josh." Angie tells Josh. He nods to her before Creg puts it into park and unbuckles. Both of them get out of the car before starting to head to Floyd and Peter's room. Creg noticed the various kinds of students, even football ones on the side talking to each other. Creg hoped to join them someday, and be a famous football player at the same time.

When they got to the dormroom, noticing the number beside it. Josh knocks on it and hopes to receive an answer. However, he only gets complete silence from the other end. Josh decides to try again, with harder slaps to it. "Peter? Are you in there?" He calls out, expecting to receive some kind of answer. However, it continues to remain silent on the other side.

Josh looks up to Creg with worry. "Stand back. . ." Creg puts his hand in front of Josh and pushes him behind. He quickly shapeshifts himself into full metal. Josh sighs as he watches Creg try and kick the door in. This only takes him two kicks before the door slams fully open, nearly knocking it off the hinges.

Once they walk inside, the room is completely dark. Creg reaches over and flips the light switch before shapeshifting back. Josh walks in from behind Creg, slowly looking around the room cautiously. Unfortunately, the room was completely empty. The only things left was Peter and Floyd's personal belongings.

"I thought he said Peter would be here." Creg turns to Josh and shrugs. However, they were soon caught off guard by another voice.

"You thought right." When the both of them turn to face the unfamiliar voice. They realize that it was a man standing taller than either of us. He was wearing a black hoodie, pants and shoes, with a skeleton mask covering his face.

"What the-!" Josh says with surprise, but was caught off when the stranger whipped out a long scythe staff from thin air. Then, without a second thought dashes toward them. Creg quickly gets in front of Josh and forms into metal to protect him. The stranger swings it down onto Creg, but only clangs against his metal skin. Not causing any harm or injury to him.

Creg then uses his back hand to hit him backwards. Though, he does a backflip and holds the handle of the scythe tightly. Pushing the bottom of the staff into the floor, smashing into it with enough force that it digs into the floor. He quickly lands on both of his feet and looks at Creg with a menacing look.

"Who are you? Where is Peter?" The stranger doesn't respond, only stares at him. Though, he is quickly caught off guard by Nick and Angie showing up to the dormroom.

"Hey Josh, did you guys find him already so we can go-." Before Nick could finish his sentence, the stranger with the scythe ran out the door and pushed them aside. Nick's expression and reaction is with fear and confusion. Josh curses under his breath as he runs out the door after them. Creg follows suit from behind, with Nick and Angie still confused by the random intruder.

Josh notices the stranger stopping and turns to them. Then, his entire body vanished into a black fog. Ascending upwards into the sky then leaving the atmosphere. It took less than ten seconds for it to go above the sky. Leaving the four of them with nothing but confusion and worry.

"Okay. . . Who the fuck was that?!" Nick blurts out loud. Angie and Josh's eyes meet, with her also having a confused expression.

"I don't know who that was, but they weren't friendly." Creg changes back to his regular form, feeling his chest for where the scythe's blade made contact. He didn't appear to have been harmed at all, which leaves him relieved. "I don't even know if he had something to do with Peter not being here." Angie turns around and heads back to the dormroom. Nick looks into the sky where the strange intruder went off to.

Josh and Creg follow Angie back to the dormroom.
